00:10O Lord, open our lips, and our mouths shall sing your praise.
00:17O God, make speed to save us. O Lord, make haste to help us.
00:26Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit, as it was in the beginning,
00:32is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.
00:39Let us praise the Lord. The Lord's name be praised.
00:49I believe in one God, the Father Almighty, maker of heaven and earth, of all things visible and invisible.
00:59I believe in one Lord Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of God, born of the Father before all ages.
01:09God from God, light from light, true God from true God, begotten, not made, being of one substance with the
01:19Father.
01:20Through him all things were made.
01:23For us men, and for our salvation, he came down from heaven, and by the Holy Spirit, was incarnate of
01:31the Virgin Mary, and became man.
01:35For our sake, he was crucified under Pontius Pilate.
01:39He suffered death and was buried, and rose again on the third day in accordance with the Scriptures.
01:46He ascended into heaven, and is seated at the right hand of the Father.
01:52He will come again in glory to judge the living and the dead, and his kingdom will have no end.
01:59I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the giver of life, who proceeds from the Father,
02:06who with the Father and the Son, is adored and glorified, who has spoken through the prophets.
02:14I believe in one holy, catholic and apostolic church.
02:18I confess one baptism for the forgiveness of sins,
02:23and I look forward to the resurrection of the dead, and the life of the world to come.
02:30Amen.
02:33The Lord be with you, and also with you.
02:39Let us pray.
02:42Lord, have mercy upon us.
02:45Christ, have mercy upon us.
02:48Lord, have mercy upon us.
02:53Our Father in heaven, holy is your name.
02:58Your kingdom come.
03:00Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
03:05Give us today our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.
03:16Do not allow us to fall into temptation, but deliver us from every evil.
03:23Amen.
03:27O Lord, have mercy upon us, and grant us your salvation.
03:35Bless your ministers with righteousness, and make your chosen people joyful.
03:44O Lord, save your people, and bless your inheritance.
03:51Give peace in our time, O Lord, because there is none other that fights for it, but only you, O
03:59God.
04:01O God, make clean our hearts within us.
04:06Do not take your Holy Spirit from us.
04:15The book of Job, chapter 28
04:18Job continued
04:21Surely there is a mine for silver, and a place where gold is refined.
04:26Iron is taken from the ground, and rock is poured out as copper.
04:31Man puts an end to the darkness, he searches the furthest recesses for the ore in the deepest darkness.
04:40Far from where people live he sinks a shaft, in places travellers have long forgotten.
04:47Far from other people he dangles and sways.
04:51The earth, from which food comes, is overturned below as though by fire.
04:56A place where stones are sapphires, and which contains the dust of gold.
05:03A hidden path no bird of prey knows, no falcon's eye has spotted it.
05:08Proud beasts have not yet set foot on it, and no lion has passed along it.
05:15On the flinty rock man has said to work with his hand.
05:18He has overturned mountains at their bases.
05:22He has cut out channels through the rocks.
05:25His eyes have spotted every precious thing.
05:29He has searched the sources of the rivers, and what was hidden he has brought into the light.
05:36But wisdom, where can it be found?
05:39Where is the place of understanding?
05:43Mankind does not know its place.
05:45It cannot be found in the land of the living.
05:49The deep says it is not with me.
05:52The sea says it is not with me.
05:56Fine gold cannot be given in exchange for it, nor can its price be weighed out in silver.
06:03It cannot be measured out for purchase with the gold of Ophir, or with precious onyx or sapphire.
06:13Neither gold nor crystal can be compared with it, nor can a vase of gold match its worth.
06:19Of carol and jasper no mention will be made.
06:24The price of wisdom is more than pearls.
06:28The topaz of carol cannot be compared with it.
06:32It cannot be purchased with pure gold.
06:38But wisdom, where does it come from?
06:40Where is the place of understanding?
06:43For it has been hidden from the eyes of every living creature, and from the birds of the sky it
06:50has been concealed.
06:53Destruction and death say, with our ears we have heard a rumour about where it may be found.
07:00God understands the way to it, and he alone knows its place.
07:04For he looked to the ends of the earth, and observed everything under the heavens.
07:10When he made the force of the wind, and measured the waters with a gauge.
07:15When he imposed a limit for the rain, and a path for the thunderstorm.
07:20Then he looked at wisdom, and assessed its value.
07:23He established it, and examined it closely.
07:28He said to mankind, the fear of the Lord, that is wisdom.
07:32And to turn away from evil, is understanding.
07:38This is the word of the Lord.
07:41Thanks be to God.
08:12This is the word of the Lord.
08:15O lady, baby, that fight against me, O love, O time.
08:25Ever the rest of I am, some time afraid,
08:33yet would I my trust in thee?
08:38I will face all because of these words.
08:45I have put my trust in God, and will what, will what flesh can come unto me.
08:56May, may he mistake my heart, for that day in that he is good to be.
09:10May, may he hold all together, and give them such love,
09:18and mark my steps when they lay away for my soul.
09:26May, may he stay the very first,
09:32O God, in thine deserts shall pass and run.
09:41Thou bear'st my feet in it,
09:46note my feet in to thine heart,
09:51O God, this thing is not worth in thy doom.
09:58When so ever I fall upon thee,
10:03when shall my reverence be used to write?
10:09This I know for no reason I'm fine.
10:16In God's word will I rejoice,
10:22in the Lord's word will I comfort me.
10:28Pray, Lord, for my thoughts I trust,
10:34I will not be a great Lord's man can come to me.
10:42Unto thee, O God, will I pay my heart,
10:48Unto thee will I give thanks.
10:53For God has filled him, and my soul from death,
10:57and my feet from falling,
11:00that I may walk before God in the light of the living.
11:12Glory be to the Father,
11:18and to the Son,
11:20and to the Holy Ghost,
11:24as it was in your beginning,
11:31is now and ever shall live,
11:36world without death.
11:41Amen.
12:04Amen.
12:12Until it's clear, I'll be the overcast.
12:19I will fall unto the Lord, my Lord.
12:26Even unto the God that shall not hold the cross which I have in hand.
12:36He shall stand from heaven, and save me from the reproof of him that will lead me up.
12:50God shall stand for his mercy and truth, my soul is upon my hand.
13:01God shall stand for his mercy and truth, my soul is upon my hand.
13:27And the glory of the Lord is upon him.
13:35Lay the, lay the nets for my feet and rest for my soul.
13:43May have a picture lifted for me, and have fallen into the gifts of his concern.

19:01The Acts of the Apostles, Chapter 16
19:06Now, as we were going to the place of prayer, a slave girl met us who had a spirit that
19:12enabled her to tell the future by supernatural means.
19:17She brought her own as a great prophet by fortune-telling.
19:22She followed behind Paul and us and kept crying out,
19:27These men are servants of the Most High God, who are proclaiming to you the way of salvation.
19:35She continued to do this for many days.
19:39But Paul became greatly annoyed and turned and said to the spirit,
19:44I command you in the name of Jesus Christ to come out of her.
19:50It came out of her at once.
19:52But when her owners saw their hope of profit had gone, they seized Paul and Silas, dragging them into the
20:02marketplace before the authorities.
20:05When they had brought them before the magistrates, they said,
20:08These men are throwing our city into confusion.
20:12They are Jews and are advocating customs that are not lawful for us to accept or practice, since we are
20:20Romans.
20:22The crowds joined in the attack against them, and the magistrates told the clothes off Paul and Silas, ordering them
20:30to be beaten with rods.
20:33After they had beaten them severely, they threw them into prison, commanding the jailer to guard them securely.
20:42Receiving such orders, he threw them into the inner cell, fastening their feet in the stocks.
20:50About midnight, Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the rest of the prisoners were listening
20:57to them.
20:59Suddenly, a great earthquake occurred, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken.
21:05Immediately, all the doors flew open, and the bonds of all the prisoners came loose.
21:12When the jailer woke up and saw the doors of the prison open, he drew his sword and was about
21:19to kill himself, because he assumed the prisoners had escaped.
21:26But Paul called out loudly, do not harm yourself, for we are all here.
21:35Calling for lights, the jailer rushed in and fell down, trembling at the feet of Paul and Silas.
21:43And then he took them outside and asked them, Sirs, what must I do to be saved?
21:49They replied, Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved, you and your household.
21:57Then they spoke the word of the Lord to him, along with all those who were in his house.
22:03And at the hour of the night, he took them and washed their wounds.
22:08And then he and all his family were baptized right away.
22:13The jailer took them into his house and set food before them.
22:16And he rejoiced greatly that he had come to believe in God, together with his entire household.
22:25At daybreak, the magistrates sent their police officers, saying, Release those men.
22:34The jailer reported these words to Paul, saying, The magistrates have sent orders to release you, so come out now
22:41and go in peace.
22:44But Paul said to the police officers, They had us beaten in public, without a proper trial, even though we
22:52are Roman citizens, and they threw us in prison.
22:56Now they want to send us away, secretly?
23:00Absolutely not.
23:02They must come themselves and escort us out.
23:07They were frightened when they heard Paul and Silas were Roman citizens, and came and apologized to them.
23:15After they brought them out, they asked them repeatedly to leave the city.
23:22When they came out of the prison, they went to Lydia's house, and when they saw the brothers, they encouraged
23:28them, and then they departed.
23:33This is the word of the Lord.
23:35Thanks be to God.
23:42Collect for Peace
23:44O God, who is the author of peace, and lover of concord,
23:49in knowledge of whom stands our eternal life,
23:53whose service is perfect freedom,
24:19O Lord, our heavenly Father,
24:22almighty and everlasting God,
24:24who has safely brought us to the beginning of this day.
24:28Defend us in the same with your mighty power,
24:31and grant that this day
24:33we fall into no sin,
24:35neither run into any kind of danger,
24:38but that all our doings may be ordered
24:42by your governance
24:44to do always that
24:46which is righteous in your sight.
24:49Through Jesus Christ,
24:50our Lord.
24:52Amen.
24:55Lord, let me accept calmly
24:58all that this day might bring me,
25:01and let me devote myself completely
25:03to your sacred will.

25:08each hour of this day.
25:10Control my thoughts and feelings
25:12in all my deeds
25:14and words.
25:16when unpredictable circumstances arise,
25:19when unpredictable circumstances arise,
25:19do not let me forget
25:20that everything comes from you.
25:24Lord Jesus, Son of God,
25:27it is better not to live
25:29than to live without you.
25:31I thank you, God,
25:32for the gift of this new day
25:34and for all the good deeds
25:36you will help me do
25:38today.
25:40Holy Spirit,
25:42help me to dedicate this day
25:44to my Lord and Saviour.
25:47Teach me to be just
25:48toward my brother and sister,
25:50never to provoke wrath
25:53or cause sorrow.
25:55control my will
25:56and teach me to pray,
25:58to believe,
26:00to hope,
26:01to suffer,
26:02to forgive
26:03and to love.
26:05Amen.
26:09We pray for the work
26:11of your faithful servants
26:12throughout the world, Lord.
26:16Lord, in your mercy,
26:18hear our prayer.
26:22May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ,
26:25the love of God
26:26and the fellowship
26:28of the Holy Spirit
26:29be with us all today
26:31and for evermore.
26:34Amen.
