00:14David, court records identify 35-year-old Kaleeb Hines as a Pittsburgh police detective charged with theft by deception.
00:21Investigators say Target complained Hines was arriving late, leaving early and not completing expected duties
00:27during paid patrol shifts at the Penn Avenue store.
00:30A review of surveillance timesheets and billing records allegedly showed Hines worked as little as two to four hours
00:37while Target was billed for six.
00:39Police say the incidents happened repeatedly from mid-January into early February.
00:44Hines is due in court for a preliminary hearing in early August.

00:50By a vote of 5-3 with one abstention, the McKeesport Area School Board accepted the resignation of football coach
00:56Matt Miller.
00:56This comes mid-controversy over the church where Miller's father is a pastor,
01:00some football coaches served as character witnesses in the murder trial of Isaac Smith,
01:04who was convicted of killing the daughter, a former McKeesport and NFL player, Brandon Short.

01:10Well, I don't know what effect it had on it because I'm going to be quite honest with you,
01:13that's freedom of speech and they're allowed to do that.
01:17So that has no bearing on what I make my decisions or base them on because you're allowed to do
01:22that.
01:22And I don't have any problem with that.
01:24And I don't have to agree with your statement.
01:27But at the same time, you are allowed and that's why this is America.
01:30It's a free country.
01:31Matt Miller had served as McKeesport's coach since 2016.

02:21State Department of Drug and Alcohol Program Secretary Dr. Lakeva Davis-Jones
02:25says the agency is implementing an evidence-based program called WISE,
02:29which is an acronym for Wellness Initiative for Senior Education.
02:33Each area agency on aging will train at least two facilitators to lead the program.
02:39Participants will attend six weekly sessions at local senior centers.
02:44Each session lasts approximately two hours.
02:47And participants will complete surveys before and after each of the six sessions to measure impact.
