00:10The other day I was doing some light shopping at my local H&M
00:14and I noticed that their beauty section has grown.
00:18H&M has 690 makeup related items in the store.
00:24That is crazy. There are so many lipsticks, foundations, concealers, highlighters.
00:29So much so that I was like, I need to try all this stuff.
00:34So I decided to go to H&M, get a bunch of makeup there.
00:41And I'm going to be doing a full face of H&M makeup today.

00:55So moving right along, we will start with primer.
00:57This is the Color Correcting Face Primer.
00:59This one neutralizes redness in particular.
01:01I get the most of my redness in the center of my face,
01:05so I'm going to definitely focus the primer there.
01:07It's actually quite sheer, but I do think that it's neutralizing some of the redness,
01:11like on my forehead, around my nose, I am still pretty red.
01:16I don't know, does my face look less red? Like slightly less red?
01:19The texture of my skin actually feels nice and hydrated.
01:22It smells like floral perfumey, which I'll be honest,
01:27isn't really a scent that I really love in like a makeup primer product.
01:30This is the All Day Liquid Foundation.
01:34So I got a couple of tools, the first of which is this face sponge.
01:39And then I also have this, these oval, artiste-esque brushes.
01:45I'm probably going to do sponge one side, brush other side.
01:57I like the way that this sponge is applying it though.
01:59This has very sheer coverage and I can still see the redness around my nose.
02:04Even for someone like me that does like lighter foundations,
02:06this is definitely not giving me a lot of coverage.
02:13These are not very easy to blend with.
02:17Getting some streaks in the foundation and I'm getting a little bit of shedding.
02:22Actually, I don't even think it's going to be much more coverage to be honest.
02:24I think I prefer it with the blender.
02:28So this is the cover-up concealer.
02:31I'm going to apply this under my eyes, around my nose,
02:32and in any areas that need a little bit extra coverage.
02:36I'm hoping it's going to blend well.
02:38The doe foot is really nice and flexible.
02:41Yeah, I like this. I can already tell.
02:43It blends nicely. It's not too full coverage,
02:47but I do think it brightened a pretty good amount.
02:50This is a concealer that I can see myself wearing all over the face
02:52for an overall evening of the complexion.
02:55So next up, we're going to powder.
02:57So this is the H&M Translucent High Definition Invisible Powder.
03:08Ooh.
03:12I don't know if you can see that, but...
03:15I had a feeling it was going to be similar to the other HD powders that are out there,
03:19so it would be very blurring, and it definitely did that.
03:22It has really evened out the texture here.
03:24I don't know if you can see it.
03:25Can you see the type of difference?
03:30No?
03:31Damn it.
03:32Well, it's there!
03:33I have a feeling that because this is more of like an HD airbrush kind of powder,
03:40it's not going to be the most long-wearing.
03:42I'm going to do the rest of my complexion products after I do my eyes, actually,
03:46because I just filmed with Jackie Aina, and that's what she does,
03:49so I told her I'd give it a go, and I'm going to give it a go.
03:51I have this little Eye Fidelity Primer.
03:55It's so cute and tiny!
03:56When I saw they had an eyelid primer, I was like,
03:58yes, I'm definitely going to try you.
04:00This is not the texture I was expecting.
04:02This actually feels like I'm just putting concealer straight on my lids.
04:06It does actually do a pretty good job of evening out the color of your eyelid.
04:10So H&M actually has a lot of different powder eyeshadows,
04:14from like singles to palettes, but I actually saw these crayons.
04:18They're called the Easy on the Eye color, and I have four shades.
04:22I'm definitely going to wear Supermoon.
04:24Lady Gaga recently did a premiere.
04:26She had this beautiful silvery graphic eye and a nice bold lip.
04:30I feel like it would be fun to wear for New Year's or something like that.
04:34I mean, you can wear it whenever you want, really,
04:35but it does have a kind of holidayish kind of vibe.
04:37Okay, so I'm going to take Supermoon and draw a graphic wing on my eye.
04:45I am by no means copying the Lady Gaga look,
04:47because I think that her makeup artist did like a silver liner and a glittery shadow,
04:52and I think I'm just going to take a cue from it.
05:12This is the Do-It-All Eyeliner, and it caught my eye because...
05:20Eyeliner pencil. Eyeliner.
05:27Ah! Pretty standard black pencil. Waxy. Very pigmented.
05:35I'm seeing a bit of bleeding. Bleeding on the hand.
05:38We'll see if it ends up bleeding on the actual eye.
05:40So I'm going to take the felt tip, I'm going to do a small little cat eye,
05:44kind of find my eyes a little more, and then we'll take it from there.
05:47I'm not a huge fan of felt tip liners.
05:49I do prefer them to be kind of a brush tip, but this one's actually very easy to use.
05:54I think I can get pretty good lines with it.
06:01Ah!
06:03You ever do that?
06:05Where you close your eyeliner on the wrong side, and then it just like...
06:11This is a look that I do a lot. I do like a graphic wing,
06:14maybe add a little bit of a cat eye if I'm like going out.
06:16I've got a tube of the High and Mighty Mascara.
06:21What drew me to this particular one is the brush.
06:24It's very small, it's like a plastic bristle.
06:26I'm thinking that for someone like me who has pretty sparse, barely there eyelashes,
06:32this might be good.
06:35It's giving me a lot of separation, but also I think a decent amount of volume.
06:40The tiny brush makes it really easy to get bottom lashes.
06:43I really like this formula.
06:46So moving on to blush.
06:48I'm going to be putting on the H&M Pure Radiance Powder Blush in the shade Coral.
06:54And this is actually a product that I was really excited to try.
06:58I've heard good things.
06:59I think it comes in the cutest, just really beautiful sleek packaging.
07:04It even has a mirror.
07:05I prefer using fluffier brushes for blush.
07:11Just because I feel like I get a sheer application and then I can kind of build it up as
07:15needed.
07:16It's very pigmented.
07:18It doesn't go on patchy.
07:20I really like the color.
07:21So I also picked up this giant rock.
07:25It kind of reminds me of the rock that Patrick lives under in Spongebob.
07:33That would like be Patrick.
07:35Patrick.
07:35Patrick Star.
07:43Anyway, this is called the Spotlight Glow Powder in Golden Peach.
07:47I believe I picked this up as a bronzer, but now that I'm swatching it, this is not a color
07:54that I would gravitate toward as a bronzer.
07:56It's very warm.
07:58We'll give it a go.
07:58Okay.
07:59So, oh man.
08:02I probably would wear this in lieu of blush.
08:05I think this would be really beautiful on the cheeks.
08:07Layering it on top of each other is kind of a lot.
08:10It's baked, so it has that like movement and that like luminosity that baked powders have.
08:15I'm excited to kind of play around with this more because I do quite like the texture of it.
08:20I have this lip color to go.
08:22So it is a crayon in the shade Bon Vivante.
08:28Oh, it smells so good.
08:30Like sour fruit gummies.
08:43So this shade is a little bit more on the Barbie side than I thought.
08:47I don't dislike it.
08:48Overall, I think that I like the eyeshadow a lot.
08:52I like the mascara.
08:53I like the concealer.
08:55The blush was nice.
08:56The lipstick's very comfortable.
08:58I'm going to wear this for the rest of the day.

09:05Hey guys, I am back from a very long and stressful day.
09:08It is 10 o'clock.
09:09I've been wearing this makeup for 12 hours and I gotta say I'm looking a little oily in the T
09:13-zone.
09:14I had predicted that the powder would not control oil very well and I think I was right.
09:18I'm getting quite oily over here.
09:20The foundation and the concealer are so lightweight and flexible.
09:23I will say that I can see some of the blemishes kind of peeking through the foundation here.
09:29As for the eyes though, I did notice some creasing on the lid.
09:33I think the primer and the eyeshadow weren't as long wearing as what I normally would wear.
09:37But they did start to crease towards the very tail end of the day though.
09:41They looked pretty fine for the majority of the day.
09:43The mascara and the eyeliner held up really well.
09:47I was on the subway and my eyes were like tearing up because I like ran to the subway because
09:51it was like really windy outside.
09:53Through all of that, no smudging.
09:55The lips, you know, it rubbed off as soon as I like took a drink or something.
09:59But it was very comfortable.
