Christ Health (Birmingham) Lobbied To Have Links To Videos Re: Negligence Removed From Google!

Christ Health Center (Birmingham, Alabama) has recently succeeded in lobbying the Google search engine into removing links from this channel (mymedicalnightmare) which documented negative patient service issues that occured during my paid visits to employed MD's and NP's in Woodlawn and Chalkville in 2019.

In a May 17, 2023 recorded phone call I asked Christ Health CEO Dr. Robert Record MD about issues I encountered as a patient in 2 of his Birmingham AL. clinics. On May 9th, 2019 I had a visit with Dr. Terry Daniel Smith MD (aka: T. Daniel Smith / Terry D. Smith) at his Chalkville / Old Springville Road clinic. In those visits I believe I received no measurable level of service. After being referred to Christ Health Center following an Ascension Saint Vincent's East Hospital Emergency Department visit, Dr. Smith refused outright to grant a referral for a MRI of my head. When I finally obtained the mri on my own days later, tissue damage and infection evidence appeared that backed up the fact that I had broken my skull. Dr. Smith billed me $43 for an electrocardiogram and $7 for a Hemoglobin bloodtest that were not given to me. These charges were reversed shortly after I discovered them.

Regarding visits I had at community health clinic The Christ Health Center (Birmingham, Alabama). I was referred here by Saint Vincent's East Hospital (Ascension) after a 2018 X-Ray (the injury was overlooked by reading radiologist Dr. Julian Patrick Druhan MD (also a member of Birmingham Radiological Group)) I had done was said to be "normal". Doctors Terry Daniel Smith ("T. Daniel Smith") did the encounter with me in May, 2019. Attempts to obtain a referral for an MRI to reveal the injury (I needed one that day, immediately) were not facilitated and he wanted to go a different route with the treatment. I feel I was not treated as a human being, my opinions were ignored, he levied an ultimatum, and so I walked out. I was charged for medical procedures not performed on me (see records and bills). Days later, I was able to secure an MRI on my own and was told by Nurse Anna Musgraves from a subsequent visit (several days following the first chc visit) at Christ Health to call their office for the promised referral. American Health Imaging did this after I paid them $500 cash and they were put on hold for 15 minutes before Christ Health hung up the phone on their end. Dr. Beverly A. Vonder Pool, MD whom I did not interact with signed off on Smith's records. These 3 had an exchange not recorded and conferred with Saint Vincent's East Hospital, Birmingham. I later found evidence to support the fact I was patient dumped by Ascension Saint Vincent's East Hospital & ER doctors (an EMTALA violation). Anna Musgraves and Terry Daniel Smith mention language that they may have believed my injury was psyche etiology in nature (because Saint Vincent's radiologists misdiagnosed me other doctors would not second guess the original findings).
