01:17All right, so following this call on May 17th, I did not receive this promised return phone call by Ms.

01:30And this is not a good sign because what this indicates is the party in question does not have an
01:39adequate response that they're confident in issuing.
01:43Following me, posting the recorded phone conversation videos of our exchange,
01:51someone at Christ Health Center curiously went to the Google search engine,
01:58and they systematically requested that links to those videos be removed from Google.
02:08So after trying to get in touch with Christ Health Center representative Deborah Pickens,
02:16I finally got this voicemail on July 7th, 2023.
02:24And this is Deborah at Christ Health Center returning your call.
02:28I think you left a voicemail.
02:30Goodbye.
02:30So fast forward to August 14th, 2023.
02:37This is about three months following that initial phone call.
02:43I got Deborah Pickens on the telephone.
02:47Yeah, after the CEO agreed to help me look into my various service issues with her doctors and nurses,
02:57here I am informed that the person charged with assisting me is a lawyer.
03:07And she spoke at length about medical issues and admitted to me in this phone call that she does not
03:15possess a doctor's or nurse's license.
03:20And that's a key clarification for future reference.
03:24And once more, she is not professional or responsible because not only does she not possess qualifications,
03:33she did not name a doctor or nurse so licensed when referencing medical issues.

03:46When you establish that these representatives have no medical qualifications and ask them to name those that do possess those
03:57qualifications,
03:58they will not do so.
04:00They are a mouthpiece.
04:02They talk about things they are not qualified to speak on and they will defend them blindly.
04:08And that's part of the game, all right?
04:11This is a trick that's used on the public at large that seek medical treatment.
