00:00let's make some fried noodles so you're going to take three packs of ramen noodles or how many
00:06packs that will fit your family you're going to put them into a shallow pan you're going to put
00:12a little bit of water and you're going to cook them until they soften and as they soften then
00:16you're going to flip and play with them i should say mix them until they've gotten softened you
00:24want to overcook your noodles then you want to make your sauce which is three tablespoons of soy
00:31sauce three tablespoons of brown sugar and three tablespoons of water
00:43and then after you make the mix you want to stir it together and then because you want to make
00:50sure
00:50that the ground um the brown sugar is mixed well then you want to drain your noodles drain them as
00:58soon as you can because you don't want to overcook the noodles kind of mix it around do not rinse
01:04them
01:04then in the same pan you're going to put at least three tablespoons of butter you're going to melt
01:10that down once you melt it down you are going to put in your noodles you're going to mix your
01:17noodles
01:17in there and then i love that sizzle sound and then you're going to mix it make sure that you
01:23mix it
01:24enough where all the noodles gets that butter coating all over it and then once you do that
01:32then you're ready for the next step which you can use fresh ingredients i don't because texture reasons
01:39and other reasons but you're going to put garlic powder onion powder oyster sauce
01:46you're going to put um toasted sesame seeds um oil and i just eyeball it you put as much as
01:55you want
01:56i just eyeball it you want to give it just a little bit of flavor then you're going to mix
02:00it around
02:01until it's evenly mixed throughout all the noodles and as it's going of course it's you know um
02:09sauteing and then you're going to put in the mixture that you made at the beginning and you're
02:14going to do the same thing going to mix it all around then you're going to add your two eggs
02:19you can um fry them separately but i like to fry them in the pan and then you're going to
02:26mix them
02:26up until they're completely done and then you're going to mix it up saute it toss it into your noodles
02:32mix it around you're going to let it cook for a little bit and then you are done you're going
02:38to love
02:38it and so is your family
02:59let's make a spicy stir fried ramen noodle dish with habanero lime flavor inspired by samyang's hot chicken
03:05ramen first let's start by boiling our noodles once they're cooked we'll drain them and set them
03:11aside next let's heat up our pan with some oil once it's hot add in our noodles along with some
03:17vegetables and habanero lime seasoning now let's give it a good stir fry making sure to coat all
03:23the noodles evenly we'll continue stir frying for about five minutes until the noodles are nice and
03:28crispy and there you have it folks a spicy stir fried ramen noodle dish with a habanero lime flavor
03:33ready in just five minutes
03:37and these instant fried noodles he's really excited to try them they come in packs like this they come
03:45in like little packs like ramen noodle packs kind of um okay i just did it says do 400 ml
03:51of water
03:51400 ml is 14 ounces so i just did 10 ounces that's why it's doing water from the carriage so
03:57we don't
03:57have to use the pot i have two dry seasoning packets one's uh bonawang goreng fried onion seasoning and
04:07then another one's a bamboo seasoning so he emptied the seasonings both into a little bowl and it said
04:14to mix it together and then show them what else it came with it came with these ones a chili
04:22and they're
04:23very clearly labeled chili sauce soy sauce and this uh minyak bamboo seasoning oil so there's all those
04:35okay and then we're gonna why don't you get like a little plate so we can put it over it
04:39so it
04:40we're gonna cook steam as we would on the stove just here give it like it said three minutes to
04:49boil
04:49so we're gonna give it three minutes and then we're gonna drain it mix it all together
04:58okay he said the noodles are done how he wants them now they are you're gonna pour the powder in
05:04first
05:05okay we're pouring the powdered sachets in and then it said just to mix it according to taste these
05:13powders smell so good okay how much you want all the chili
05:24i say all this in soy sauce in a little caution on chili
05:33this looks like it has like uh tons of seasoning in it this oil
05:39i want to get it all out it smells yummy
06:04it smells delicious it smells like one that you'd get from a chinese food restaurant
06:13so good how's it taste can i try a little bite it's good
06:21that's so good that's actually really good
