After The Zula Patrol warns Deliria and Cloid about their factory rejects floating in space, the villainous duo decide to dump the junk into Saturn’s rings. When Wizzy and Wigg learn about the rings and the different types of natural debris that should make up the rings, they stumble upon Deliria’s debris and report it to the others. This is a job for The Zula Patrol!

00:54It's fun to learn with the Zula Patrol.
01:06Space, a wonderful place filled with magnificent sights, the mysterious clouds of Venus, the blue waters of Earth,
01:16ah, the lovely rings of Saturn, the magnificent moons of Neptune, oh, what's that over there?
01:28What is all this mess? The Zula Patrol will hear about this!
01:33Zula Patrol, please hold! Zula Patrol, please hold! Zula Patrol, please hold! Tell me!
01:38Hello, Zula Patrol! There's space junk everywhere! Help your plan to do something about it!
01:40Yes, Conrad. We'll get right on it.
01:42It's chaos! Everyone's calling to complain about a bunch of junk floating in space.
01:47Two comets say they saw it coming from Deliria's mobile asteroid.
01:52Again? Looks like we're going to have to give her another citation.
01:57No matter how many times I see them, I never get tired of Saturn's rings. Beautiful!
02:04There's her asteroid!
02:06Look at all this! It's a bigger mess than Wizzy and Wig's closet!
02:10Ooh! That Deliria! She thinks she's above the law just because she's the biggest big shot in the galaxy!
02:16Ah!
02:31Ha!
02:36Ha!
02:38That deliria!
02:41That deliria!
02:41Oh, God.
02:42That deliria!
02:42Oh!
02:44Robert!
02:45Oh!
02:46Oh!
02:46a lollipop, and make it great!
02:48As you wish, Madam Galeria.
02:57Ah, Cloyd.
02:59My factories.
03:01Aren't they divine?
03:03What splendid products.
03:05Toe-stomping shoes.
03:07Hissing cocoa clocks.
03:10Exploding socks.
03:13Stuff any villain would love.
03:15But Madam, what about the things that don't work?
03:19The factory rejects, the torn burnt socks,
03:22the busted cuckoo clocks.
03:24We can't keep kicking them into space.
03:26Actually, we can.
03:28My auto-reject boots have a lifetime warranty.
03:34Oh, who could that be?
03:36The Zoola Patrol.
03:38Oh, those nicey-nices.
03:41Cloyd! Tell them I'm not home.
03:43Don't I always?
03:47Not home?
03:48Do you know when she'll be back?
03:51I don't know when I'll see Madam Deliria next.
03:54She's, uh, not herself.
03:57I'm afraid I'm going to have to give Deliria a ticket.
04:00The junk coming out of her factories isn't safe.
04:03It's a space hazard.
04:05My deepest apologies.
04:06I blame myself.
04:08This time, apologizing isn't enough.
04:11Deliria needs to dispose of the factory rejects properly.
04:14We all need to pitch in to keep space trash-free.
04:18Uh-oh.
04:18Let's go, Gorga.
04:36Madam, what are we gonna do about the ticket?
04:40Add it to my collection.
04:44But, madam, the Zula Patrol means it this time.
04:48It was a double-dog demerit ticket.
04:53So...?
04:54So, when the Zula Patrol comes back and finds the mess,
04:58we could be...
04:59arrested, locked up, tossed into the Hooskow.
05:04Madam would miss her weekly manicure.
05:07No!
05:10At least we got another chance to see Saturn's beautiful rings.
05:15And seeing them up close is something extra special.
05:18Why? What's so special about Saturn's rings?
05:22Excellent question!
05:24One that calls for a trip into the Multopedia.
05:29Saturn is the sixth planet from the Sun.
05:33Unlike Earth, which is made of mostly rock,
05:36Saturn is a bowl of liquid with a solid core and a top layer made of gas and swirling clouds
05:43in the atmosphere.
05:45And it has a couple of rings.
05:46It only looks like a couple from far away.
05:49But when you get close up, you can see that Saturn has thousands of rings around it.
05:54Thousands?
05:54Wow!
05:56And all of the pieces of debris in those rings orbit or travel around Saturn's equator,
06:02which is the middle of the planet.
06:04If you look at the rings from above, some are really, really wide and some are really, really thin.
06:11They call Saturn the jewel of the solar system because its rings are so beautiful.
06:17And as beautiful as they are, they're actually made of debris.
06:22What's debris?
06:24Let's look it up!
06:25The dictionary says that one definition of debris is pieces of things that have been broken or destroyed.
06:31I wonder what kind of debris makes up Saturn's rings.
06:34Maybe it's broken pieces of candy canes.
06:37I think it's donut crumbs!
06:39Hey!
06:40Let's find out by taking our own trip to Saturn!
06:43Great idea!
06:44In wanting to discover the facts for yourselves, you're acting like scientists!
06:54Madam, I'm not certain that we should be dumping our rejects in Saturn's rings.
07:00Bula gave us very specific instructions to dispose of the waste properly.
07:05Good.
07:06Saturn's rings are already made of debris, so who's going to notice a little more?
07:11I don't believe it's that kind of debris, madam.
07:15Details, details!
07:17In fact, this is such a brilliant idea,
07:23I'm going to dump all my factory trash there from now on!
07:28Forever!
07:29Forever!
07:30Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha!
07:51Molto says that a lot of science is observing things.
07:56Uh-huh. And recording the information.
07:59Brr! This piece of debris is really big and cold.
08:03I think it's ice.
08:05And here's another piece of ice.
08:07This one's a lot smaller.
08:09And here's some dust.
08:12This piece of debris is dark, but it's not cold.
08:15It's a rock!
08:17Let's see. So far we have ice, rocks, and dust.
08:21Here's another...
08:22Look! A broken cuckoo clock. That's more debris.
08:26Here's a sock with holes in it.
08:28Look at all that debris!
08:31Broken clocks, torn up shoes,
08:34holy socks, twisted tires.
08:37That's what makes up Saturn's rings.
08:39The end.
08:41Oh my. Your report is, um...
08:45Well, it's, uh...
08:46It's very interesting.
08:48I'll say. That doesn't sound anything like Saturn's rings.
08:51But you said they're made of debris.
08:54Yes, but the debris in Saturn's rings
08:56is rocks, ice, and dust.
08:59And it's all different sizes.
09:01From the size of my fingernail...
09:04...to as big as a mountain.
09:07And it's all natural debris.
09:09Not cuckoos and gym socks and shoes.
09:12Oh my.
09:13What we said is in the rings
09:15is in the rings.
09:17And we can prove it.
09:22Here we are.
09:23And as you can see,
09:25there's only dust, ice, and...
09:27A plumber's helper?
09:30That's not supposed to be there.
09:34And neither is all that.
09:38You were right.
09:39All that debris really is in the rings.
09:42Yes, but it shouldn't be.
09:44Then how did he get here?
09:45I think I know how.
09:47Take a look.
09:48Delirious logo is on everything.
09:51They're all rejects from her factories.
09:53We've got to stop her
09:54before she completely fills up the rings with junk.
09:57This is a job for the Zula Patrol.
10:00There she is now!
10:06Do hurry, Cloyd.
10:08All this hard work is making me sweat.
10:11Attention, Delirious.
10:13This is the Zula Patrol.
10:15Stop at once.
10:16You're hurting Saturn's rings with all that junk.
10:19Oh, this isn't me.
10:22I'm my evil twin sister.
10:24Ta-ta!
10:26You done.
10:28Ta-ta!
10:28Uh, madam!
10:30I've touched you on the health drive,
10:32but does it have to be now?
10:35Ha-ha-ha!
10:36Whoa!
10:37My stars!
10:39We're losing her!
10:40Not a chance!
10:46Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha!
10:50Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha!
10:53Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha!
10:55Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha
11:03-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha
11:05-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha
11:09-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha
11:09-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha
11:12-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha
11:24It's like the Zula Patrol said, ma'am, taking care of our galaxy is everyone's responsibility.
11:32Oh, put a sock in it.
11:35And thanks to the Zula Patrol, Saturn's rings will soon be back to their glorious, beautiful, normal debris, ice, rocks,
11:43and dust.
11:44Well, it looks better than it sounds.
11:50Hello, ring lovers. Let's talk rings.
11:53Cool. We found out that if you look at Saturn's rings from above, some of them are really, really wide,
12:00and some of them are really, really thin.
12:03And there's thousands of rings.
12:05Exactly. But do you remember what the rings are made of?
12:09Chocolate chips and hummus.
12:12Oh, my, no.
12:14They're made of debris. Ice, rocks, and dust in all different shapes and sizes.
12:20There's all kinds of nifty things to discover about rings.
12:25You could say they're ring-tastic.
12:29Ring-tastic. You get it?
12:32See you next time. Bye.
12:34Bye.
12:35Bye.
12:35Bye.
12:35Bye.
12:36Bye.
