Something's blocking the view of The Zula Patrol's space telescope. It's Deliria, assuming a variety of shapes to keep the Patrol from seeing that she's got a space telescope of her own and is up to no good.

00:00Way, way up where the planets do the hula.
00:03Spin and shot till you find yourself on Zula.
00:06Let's take off.
00:07We're all ready to go.
00:09It's fun to learn with the Zula Patrol.
00:13Wake up, Gorgah.
00:14It's time to play.
00:16Come on, Captain Bula.
00:18It's welcome the day.
00:19Where's that cedar?
00:21Ready to go.
00:22Wizzy and Wig are good to go.
00:26Beakers bobblin' turnin' blue.
00:29Molto's makin' somethin' new.
00:32Way, way up where the planets do the hula.
00:35Spin and shot till you find yourself on Zula.
00:39Seen around, oh, submission control.
00:42It's fun to learn with the Zula Patrol.
00:45Way, way up where the planets do the hula.
00:48Spin and shot till you find yourself on Zula.
00:51Seen around, oh, submission control.
00:54It's fun to learn with the Zula Patrol.
01:05Outer space!
01:07On a clear day, you can see forever.
01:09In fact, I can see my house from here and my garden.
01:13Oh, and my faithful dog, Farfel, curled up on the bed.
01:18Hey, wait a minute.
01:19I don't have a dog.
01:21And why is he wearing my pajamas?
01:24I'll be right back.
01:25Why don't you see what the Zula Patrol is up to?
01:29Hmm, hmm, hmm.
01:31La-dee-dee-dee.
01:33Aren't you going to do anything fun tonight, Molotov?
01:36Go rollerblading with Gloopy?
01:38Practice your musical gargling?
01:40Even better.
01:41This very evening, Comet 49116 is going to crash into Jupiter.
01:48It should make quite a kaboom.
01:50Kaboom?
01:51I love a kaboom.
01:53Hey, maybe we'll watch it with you.
01:55Oh, my, my.
01:57Is there anything more beautiful than stars?
02:01Oh, wow!
02:04Hey, Molotov, why do stars twinkle?
02:06Are they winking?
02:09Not exactly.
02:10It's because the layer of air around our planet moves.
02:14It's like we're looking at the stars from underwater.
02:18Now, if I can just get a good look at Jupiter...
02:24Galloping goldfish!
02:26What, Molotov?
02:27What do you see?
02:28Something I've never seen before.
02:30But I can't make out what it is.
02:33I need to get a better look at it.
02:35I'll have to use a bigger telescope.
02:37Perhaps even a space telescope.
02:40What's a space telescope?
02:42Great that you should ask.
02:44This calls for the Molotopedia.
02:50Look!
02:51An eye in the sky!
02:53Oh, my!
02:54I can see you're looking for me.
02:57Wink's my name, and I know all about telescopes.
03:00A telescope makes things that are far away easier to see.
03:05It helps us see stars, planets, and even galaxies clearer than we can see them with just our eyes.
03:11That's right.
03:13But there are things that can get in the way of a telescope, like clouds.
03:18They keep us from seeing clearly into outer space.
03:21Is that why big telescopes are on top of mountains, above the clouds?
03:25You've got it.
03:27But there's another problem.
03:29Air.
03:33When we look through the air, it's like being underwater looking up.
03:38It's all blurry.
03:40And if the water is moving, it looks really blurry.
03:44That's how it looks through a telescope when the air is moving.
03:47As you can not so clearly see, we have a problem.
03:52The answer?
03:54A space telescope!
03:56Bingo!
03:57A space telescope is a very special telescope that can see objects more clearly than one on the ground.
04:04It travels in space, sometimes orbiting Earth,
04:08taking pictures of objects like comets or distant galaxies.
04:13Then, it sends the pictures to scientists on Earth.
04:18Here's a little side-by-side comparison of a regular telescope and a space telescope.
04:25Say you want to get a look at a faraway star.
04:27For example, that one.
04:30Well, from down here on the ground with my regular telescope, that star looks like this.
04:37Without the cloud, the star is clearer.
04:40But as you can see, the air still gets in the way.
04:44What would that star look like through a space telescope?
04:47Well, see for yourself.
04:53Whoa!
04:55So, as you can see, when it comes to seeing things far, far away,
05:00a space telescope is the best telescope to use.
05:04Got it!
05:05And thanks, Wink.
05:07It's easy to see you're the go-to eye when it comes to telescopes.
05:11Here's looking at you, Wink.
05:15Well, now, we're ready to take a look at that mysterious object through our own space telescope.
05:22Ours is called the Zubble, and it's orbiting Zula right now.
05:27By using this monitor, we'll be able to see what the Zubble sees.
05:32I just need to aim it the right way.
05:36Madam, I'm almost done adjusting the cover,
05:39but I need to secure the cable to the back of the limo.
05:43Clyde!
05:44The Zubble is turning this way!
05:46We can't let the Zula patrols see what we're up to!
05:49Do something!
05:50Fear not, madam.
05:51I should distract them with my yo-yo wizardry.
05:55Oh, that won't work, you clattering Claude!
06:00Must I do everything myself?
06:05Now, with our space telescope, we can see the mysterious object more clearly.
06:11Hey, what's going on?
06:13Oh my, something is blocking the Zubble's view!
06:17Well then, it's a mystery.
06:19And a mystery in space means, this is a job for the Zula patrol!
06:24Ha-ha!
06:25Zeta and Gorga and I will take the spaceship out for a closer look.
06:29Moto, you stay here with Wizzy and Wig and work the Zubble.
06:32Let's go!
06:33I don't know!
06:35So that's what's blocking the Zubble's view.
06:38Hmm, there's something very familiar about that rock.
06:43Aww.
06:44Well, the solution is simple.
06:46We'll push it out of the way.
06:50That's one goofy rock.
06:53We'd better do some tests on it.
06:56Ha-ha!
06:58Huh, that's odd.
07:00Well, at least it's gone.
07:02Let's just stay here and make sure it doesn't come back.
07:05Okay, but I still say that rock looks familiar.
07:16Cloyd!
07:17You timid tin toy!
07:19Open up!
07:21Back so soon?
07:22Oh dear.
07:23Was there trouble?
07:25Don't tell me.
07:26Was it?
07:28The Zula Patrol?
07:30Of course.
07:31Isn't it always them?
07:33Oh, so rude.
07:35They chased me away.
07:36At least their view was blocked while you hid my latest creation.
07:41Ha-ha-ha-ha!
07:42The trouble!
07:44My very own space telescope.
07:48With this, I'll be able to spy on everyone on Zula to make sure they're buying the crummy, useless products
07:55my factories make.
07:57And if they don't, I'll zap them with my topsy-turvy ray, turning them permanently upside down.
08:06And you think they laughed at me at villain school?
08:13My name is Deliria.
08:16I'm so superior.
08:18It's only the best for me.
08:22That's why I'm relying to do all my spying on a space telescope you see.
08:32Orbiting above the Earth, space telescopes have proved their worth,
08:36showing space beyond the clouds.
08:40Higher than the atmosphere, the view in space is always clear,
08:44and I don't have to fight the crowd.
08:49Oh, uh, madam, if you wouldn't mind.
08:56Now, I need to get the trouble into position,
09:00and I can't do that with those Zula snoops and their zubble.
09:05Oh, luckily, I still have a few more tricks up my sleeve.
09:11Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha!
09:13The view is a lot clearer with that thing out of the way.
09:16Let's start drawing what we see.
09:19You know, Zeter, I think you're right.
09:22Someone doesn't want us using the zubble.
09:24And they've sent their clown balloon to stop us?
09:28Well, there's only one way to deal with a clown balloon in space.
09:32Gorga, you know what to do.
09:34Ha-ha!
09:39Oh, stop that!
09:41Whoa!
09:44Hey, that balloon just stole the antenna off the zubble.
09:49But without the antenna, the zubble won't work!
09:57That looks like delirious limo!
10:00After her!
10:05Finders keepers!
10:07As long as I have this antenna,
10:09the Zula patrol can't use their precious space telescope.
10:13It's soap!
10:13It's soap!
10:16I win!
10:17Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha!
10:21Woo!
10:21Pedal to the metal, boys!
10:23Woo-hoo!
10:26Hey, guess what?
10:27I just found a new antenna!
10:33Good work, Zeter!
10:35With the zubble working again,
10:37we can see where delirious space limo is headed.
10:41There she is!
10:42She's going around that moon!
10:46Faster, Cloyd!
10:47Faster!
10:48Those patrollers are on our tail!
10:51Head for home!
10:57Ah!
10:58A comet!
11:05My mansion!
11:09My beautiful trouble!
11:12Here it comes!
11:14The comet's about to hit Jupiter!
11:18Whoa!
11:20Whisk, did you get that?
11:21Got it right here!
11:23Well, that's it for now, Zula fans.
11:25And thanks to space telescopes,
11:28we'll be able to see you even clearer
11:30on your next trip
11:31far, far into space!
11:41And now it's time for a Malto moment!
11:44Wasn't discovering about space telescopes
11:47a real eye-opener?
11:50A space telescope
11:52is a very special telescope
11:54that helps us see objects
11:55clearer than a telescope on the ground.
11:58It travels in space,
12:00sometimes orbiting Earth.
12:03It helps us see stars,
12:05planets,
12:06and even galaxies
12:07clearer than we can see them
12:08with just our eyes.
12:10Then,
12:11it sends those pictures
12:12to scientists on Earth.
12:15So, as you can see,
12:17when it comes to seeing things
12:19far, far away,
12:20a space telescope
12:22is the best telescope to use.
12:24Got it!
12:25Well, Whig,
12:26it's clear you see
12:27how a space telescope helps us.
12:30Hope you do too!
12:31See you next time!
12:33Buh-bye!
