00:36Family members alleged that the health worker picked up a stick and attacked them, leading to pushing, slapping, and even
00:43attempts to snatch a mobile phone when they started recording the incident.
00:46They claimed the woman had been visiting the centre for days, but her card was not being made, adding to
00:52the frustration.
00:52However, the A&M has denied all allegations, stating that she was abused, pushed, and acted in self-defence.
01:00She also claimed she was threatened and has filed a complaint from her side as well.
01:04A video of the clash has gone viral and both police and the health department have taken cognizance.
01:11Authorities say complaints from both sides have been received and an investigation is currently underway.
