00:18The injured auto driver has been identified as Rasik.
00:22According to reports, the lorry allegedly lost control while overtaking at high speed
00:26and rammed directly into the auto rickshaw, completely destroying the vehicle in the impact.
00:32Locals and rescue team rushed to the spot and rescued the unconscious driver from the wreckage.
00:37He was first taken to a private hospital and later shifted to a medical college hospital
00:41for advanced treatment due to the severity of his injuries.
00:44Police have now collected CCTV footage from the accident spot
00:47and launched an investigation into the role of the lorry driver.
