07:23Ah, sure.
07:26Ils sont là ici.
07:28Je m'en suis désolé, c'est à l'heure.
07:30J'ai only prévu qu'on share avec Al aujourd'hui.
07:34Mais, given les circonstances, je pense que c'est un bon tribut d'écouter de vous aussi.
07:39Show-en-tell.
07:40Shit.
07:42C'est, um, Christmas, present from the kids.
07:45C'est...
07:46There we go.
07:48OK.
07:51C'est une plus facile façon de vet mes victimes.
07:54Time de entendre la tale de Rapunzel.
07:58All right.
07:59I, uh, hope you like my little movie, Mr. Prater.
08:04Scary.
08:07Ponytails.
08:08Al's fetish.
08:09His need.
08:14He's going to kill this woman on camera and I have to sit here with these monsters.
08:18While they enjoy every fucking minute of it.
08:21Hey.
08:23On your left.
08:24Yeah.
08:25Oh, thank you.
08:26Yeah, no problem.
08:27OK.
08:42So, somebody help!
08:45Somebody!
08:45Oh, my God.
08:46Please!
08:46Are you OK?
08:47Ah, my front tire.
08:48It hit something.
08:49It's my leg.
08:50Oh, I don't see anything.
08:51I think it's bleeding.
08:52Where does it hurt?
08:53It's right.
08:54Where?
08:55Right here!
08:55Ah!
08:57Ah!
08:58Ah!
08:58Ah!
09:01Ah!
09:02Ah!
09:03Ah!
09:04Ah!
09:04Ah!
09:05Ah!
09:06Ah!
09:07Ah!
09:15Ah!
09:21Pop-Pop says it's time for a haircut.
09:25Ah!
09:25They all have to die.
09:27I need to sever all ties to this group as soon as possible.
09:31But right now, I have to convince them that I sever innocent people's heads.
09:43How do you convince a room full of psychopaths
09:46That you fit their code
09:49You ever see a man beg for his life
09:52While he's choking on his own blood
09:54They tell me anything I want to know
09:56Shit they've never told anybody
09:59The randomness is the best part
10:02You like that huh
10:03You like that Praetor
10:04You sick fuck
10:08I knew this was a bad idea
10:11Joining this boogeyman social club
10:13I didn't join their club
10:14Then why are you giving those monsters
10:17More killer porn to get off on
10:18I'm just doing what comes naturally dad
10:21I'm a monster too remember
10:23You're not like the rest of them
10:24We worked so hard together
10:26To turn your urges into something right
10:29And then you turned your back on me
10:33We had rough patches
10:34But I never
10:35It's why you killed yourself
10:36You couldn't live with what I really was
10:40Not after you saw it with your own eyes
10:43I was scared
10:46I blame myself for your suffering
10:49But I know you're hurt
10:51You have a higher purpose son
10:53Red was an amoral animal
10:55But that's not you
10:57And you shouldn't pretend that it is
11:01Problem?
11:03Nope
11:03No problem here
11:05Mr. Praetor says it's time for you to share
11:10Harry's right
11:11I'm not going to pretend
11:14I never talk about myself
11:17Not like this
11:20You all know me as the dark passenger
11:24Well
11:27I'm going to level with you
11:30What you're seeing here is not the dark passenger
11:33Not now
11:34This red schmidt you're looking at
11:37It's the mask I put on
11:43Only a select group of people get to see the dark passenger
11:46And once they see him they die
11:55Oh man it feels so crazy to say that out loud
11:58I usually only get to drop the mask when I have a victim
12:03Completely powerless
12:06That's when this smiling get along with everyone
12:10Mask
12:11Comes off
12:15And that mask is exhausting
12:17Right
12:20It's like this guy
12:22Red schmidt is constantly
12:25Managing the dark passenger
12:27Holding him back
12:30But
12:33I don't know
12:35This week with you
12:36Our open and frank talks
12:38About our appetites
12:39Our um
12:41What'd you call it Gareth?
12:44The great yearning
12:47I haven't known you all very long
12:48But I know the
12:50Burden
12:51You carry
12:52The mask you wear
12:54How heavy it is
12:55How lonely you are
12:57Because
13:02No one knows you
13:05No one sees you
13:08Al
13:10Has the biggest smile I've ever seen
13:12You'd think he has it all
13:13Perfect family
13:15House in the suburbs
13:16His kills
13:17But your family will never know the whole you
13:21If you
13:22Ever let your mask slip
13:24The good husband and perfect father would
13:29Disappear
13:30All they'd see is darkness
13:32They'd fear you
13:36Maybe even turn you in
13:38Yeah that's uh
13:41That's true
13:42Buddy
13:42I mean
13:43Don't get me wrong
13:44Feeding my dark passenger
13:46Gives me pleasure
13:47But after my victims
13:49Take their last breath
13:50I feel
13:54Unbearable sadness
13:57Because
13:59That brief moment
14:00When I'm completely myself
14:01Is over
14:06And it's time to put the mask back on
14:12Or
14:14Maybe
14:16Now satisfied and fed
14:17My dark passenger
14:19The one who's truly in control
14:23Allows me to put my
14:26Red Schmidt costume back on
14:30And
14:33Quietly pulls the strings
14:36In the background
14:39Unnoticed
14:42But always in control
15:02I mean
15:03Don't you find it a little strange
15:05That just before we're about to ask
15:06Lady Vengeance
15:07If she knows Dexter Morgan
15:09She up and kills herself
15:1177% of all jail suicides
15:14Occur between a detainee
15:15Being charged and convicted
15:16Don't mess with
15:17Detective Wallace
15:18In statistics
15:19She's a freaking numbers ninja
15:21None of this adds up
15:22Do you seriously believe
15:24That the security cameras
15:25Just happen to go down
15:27On mere cell block
15:28The very moment
15:29She offs herself
15:30The OIG report
15:32Found widespread camera deficiencies
15:33Throughout the facility
15:34Do you ever just trust your gut?
15:44You are probably frustrated
15:45That the facts of this case
15:46Do not fully support your theory
15:47But we are not ruling anything out
15:49We are simply following
15:51The evidence where it leads us
15:52You're being played
15:55This guy is smart
15:56He's escaped justice for decades
15:58Do you seriously believe
16:00That this Dexter guy
16:01Snuck into jail
16:02Killed Mia Lapeer
16:03Faked her suicide
16:04And snuck out
16:05Before you could get to her
16:06With a photograph?
16:09Your Lady Vengeance
16:10Ryan Foster theory
16:11Doesn't fully line up either
16:13Starting with how
16:14She bashed his head in
16:15And cut him up
16:17Not her usual M.O.
16:18There are variations
16:20To all of the Lady Vengeance murders
16:21She seems to change her methods
16:23Depending on the circumstances
16:26But there is one detail
16:27That is troubling
16:28Yeah?
16:29Mia Lapeer's prints
16:31Are on all of the trophies
16:32The authorities discovered
16:34At her rental
16:35Except one
16:36Let me guess
16:38The watch
16:45Any chance
16:46I could have access
16:46To DMV records
16:48I'm just feeling
16:49A little bit queasy
16:50That helicopter ride
16:51Really did a number on me
16:52Does anybody have any
16:53Remedies for an upset tummy?
16:55Kill you
16:55Dump your body in the bay
16:57Not off the top of my head
16:59I'm sure glad
17:00I didn't feel like this
17:00For my presentation
17:01Speaking of presentations
17:03Yours was
17:05Different
17:06You didn't mention anything
17:07About your methods
17:09Nothing
17:10At all about
17:11The actual kills
17:13No details at all
17:14Still getting the feel for it
17:16Well hey
17:16I thought it was neat
17:18Thank you Al
17:20Prater loves the details
17:22At least when listening
17:23To me talk about my work
17:24No we can't all be
17:26Visionaries like you
17:28I am a bit of a rare bird
17:31More like an endangered species
17:32Showmanship is my forte
17:35Although
17:36It won't have
17:36The usual impact
17:38This year
17:38Not with all the
17:39Unfortunate incidents
17:40Yeah you know what
17:41I'm just sorry
17:41Your first year with us
17:42Has been so
17:44Weird
17:44Yeah
17:45It's funny how everything
17:47Keeps going off the rails
17:48This year
17:49I keep asking myself
17:52What is different
17:54How long until Gareth's
17:55Suspicions about the new guy
17:56Get the better of him
17:59I need to take care of him soon
18:03Mr. Prater would like to see you
18:23You've been
18:24Very prolific
18:27In a very short amount of time
18:29I was motivated
18:32Your share was
18:38Spectacular
18:41Never seen anyone allow himself
18:43To be so vulnerable
18:46So relatable
18:48Please
18:56Have a seat
19:03When I was a boy
19:05I assumed my parents
19:07Would live forever
19:09To lose them so young
19:11It was quite a lesson
19:13In the vagaries of fate
19:14Yeah I heard something about that
19:15You lost them in a car accident
19:17When you were a kid
19:20That's tough
19:21You only know what the media
19:22Reported on me
19:23But like you were saying earlier
19:25No one knows the whole
19:27Leon Prater
19:30The hit and run
19:31Was just the beginning
19:34My parents were dead
19:35The driver
19:36Was in prison
19:39And I was left
19:40To figure out
19:41How to make sense
19:42Of what had happened
19:44I wrote a letter
19:45To the man
19:45Who killed my parents
19:47Cooper Morris
19:49I was angry
19:50Confused
19:51And utterly gutted
19:52I poured all of that pain
19:53Into a letter
19:55I just wanted him to know
19:57Just how badly he hurt me
19:59And you know what
20:00The son of the bitch wrote back
20:02He had no remorse
20:04He said he knew
20:05I was suffering
20:09Everybody suffers
20:10That what he did
20:11Had nothing to do with me
20:12Or my parents
20:13He didn't sympathize with you
20:15Because he couldn't
20:17In his mind
20:19What he did
20:19Wasn't right or wrong
20:20It just
20:21Was
20:24There's something
20:25Appealing about that
20:27I finally got the nerve
20:28To demand
20:29To meet him
20:30Face to face
20:33I wanted answers
20:34Why that night
20:36Why my family
20:38It wasn't an accident
20:41I'd gotten in a drunken fight
20:42With my girlfriend
20:44And I stormed
20:45Out of the house
20:46By the time he was
20:47Behind the wheel
20:48Of his truck
20:48He was hellbent
20:50On doing some damage
20:52Anything to release
20:53The demons
20:54He saw my parents
20:56Car accelerated
20:57And smashed into us
21:00I'll never forget
21:01Sitting in the back seat
21:02Watching my parents die
21:04First my father
21:06Then a few minutes later
21:07Or my mother
21:09We all have trauma
21:12That we can't escape
21:16Even if we bleed
21:17And scar
21:19We never really heal
21:21No but I wanted
21:23The details
21:23I wanted to know
21:25What he was thinking
21:26When he first saw me
21:27In that wreckage
21:28He saw himself
21:29A powerless bystander
21:31In a cruel world
21:33And it scared him
21:35Trapped in a metal box
21:37With dead parents
21:38Sounds familiar
21:40Only when I confronted
21:41My mother's killer
21:42He wasn't sitting
21:43Across a prison table
21:44He was lying
21:45On my kill table
21:46We were both prisoners
21:49He was in the judicial system
21:51I was in the foster system
21:52But we were
21:53Both prisoners
21:55Of the world's morality
21:56So I kept going back
21:59I befriended him
22:00His only visitor
22:02During his incarceration
22:04Then he confessed to me
22:06I've killed before
22:08He was the first serial killer
22:10That ever shared his story
22:12With me
22:12And do you want to know something?
22:15I felt so connected to him
22:20More so than my own parents
22:23Did you ever think
22:24He was just manipulating you?
22:26You were a child
22:29I was in control
22:32Knowing what he was thinking
22:34When he killed him
22:34Gave me power
22:35I was never going to be
22:37That scared little boy
22:37In the backseat
22:38Never
22:39Ever again
22:44I started to enjoy
22:45Our visits
22:46But
22:47Nothing lasts forever
22:48Cooper didn't even make it
22:50To his 50th birthday
22:53After he died
22:54I was alone again
22:55But
22:58Prisons are full of people
22:59Like him
23:00That's when you started
23:01Collecting killers
23:03And their trophies
23:06But I will never forget
23:07The purity
23:08Of that first friendship
23:13I know most of my guests
23:15Are here only for the money
23:17Horatious braggarts
23:20That's why I so appreciated
23:21Your honesty today
23:23It reminded me of the bond
23:25I had with Cooper
23:30Handle with care
23:33It is almost as old as I am
23:39It's the first letter
23:40He ever wrote to me
23:42My first trophy
23:44And my most precious
23:52It unlocked something in me
23:56Something
23:56I've been chasing
23:58Ever since
24:00Your share today
24:03Reminded me
24:04That there are still
24:05Some things to discover
24:06On this journey
24:10I'm glad you liked it
24:11I was worried
24:14It'd be boring
24:15No, no, no
24:17The truth
24:20Is never boring
24:22No
24:23You'll never know
24:24What it may spark
24:25In someone
24:50I'm looking for Dexter Morgan
24:52Can he live here
24:54Who's asking?
24:55An old friend from Miami
24:56Angel Batista
24:57Ah, yes
24:58It's very nice to meet
25:00An old Miami friend of Dexter's
25:03I'm afraid he's not here right now
25:05Is he expecting you?
25:07Nah
25:07Just heard he's in town
25:09I wanted to say hello
25:10Huh?
25:11So Dexter's living here with you?
25:12I rent the apartment downstairs
25:14It's really nice having him around
25:16It's practically like family
25:19Tell me about it
25:21Somehow always manages to fit in wherever he goes
25:25How'd you in Dexter meet?
25:27Fit?
25:28I drive a Yorker
25:30He got in my car
25:31And boom
25:32We hit it off
25:34We're so lucky to have a decent family man
25:37Renting that apartment
25:38How is Harrison?
25:40Sweet kid
25:42Dexter's so happy to have him back in his life
25:44And just when it seems he needs his father
25:47I think Harrison's going through a very tough time right now
25:59Honesty seems to be the best policy with Praetor
26:10Let's see what it does to Gemini
26:12He got a lot of devil in his eyes
26:16He got a kiss of fire and it burns you well
26:25Breaks your heart and it hurts like
26:31It hurts like hell
26:41I know your secret
26:44And what would that be?
26:47You're a twin
26:52The stupidest fucking thing I've ever heard
26:58I was wondering how you pull off all those elaborate double kills by yourself
27:03Moving the bodies
27:04Posing them
27:06I mean no offense
27:07But it doesn't look like you've seen the inside of a gem in a while
27:12You didn't do it by yourself
27:18Was that you or your twin at Praetor's dinner that first night?
27:21Stop talking right now
27:24Before you say something you regret
27:29The Gemini killer
27:30It was right there in the name the whole time
27:32Twins
27:33What do you think Praetor would do if he knew?
27:36No way he's going to believe the new guy's crazy ass conspiracy theory
27:39Oh I won't say a word
27:41It's our little secret
27:45What you and your brother have done
27:48Is genius
27:48Yes
28:01We created him together
28:05Gemini
28:09Greatest killer to ever terrorize the world
28:11I've been a fan for a long time
28:14So have many other people
28:15Yeah
28:16Although you are the first one to figure out my
28:20Our secret
28:23I envy you
28:26Having someone just like you
28:30Same past
28:32Same instincts
28:35Same view of the world
28:39Someone who has your back
28:43What we have is very special
28:46I had a brother
28:49He was
28:52Like us
28:53Did he know about what you do?
28:57For a little while there
28:59I thought
29:01Maybe we'd have what you two have
29:04An honest relationship
29:07I think about that sometimes
29:09How things might have been
29:13If we hadn't been strangers
29:15Most of our lives
29:18If we'd been able to work together
29:24We found each other in our thirties
29:28A little late for brotherly bonding
29:36God how do you do it?
29:39How have you kept your secret
29:40All these years?
29:43I can't get into specifics
29:45No of course not
29:51But uh
29:53Okay rule number one
29:55Never be seen together
29:57We've developed a
29:59Highly specific system for communication
30:05You mean like leaving notes at bookstores?
30:13I was so starstruck
30:14Being in the same room with my idol
30:18I couldn't resist
30:19And I
30:21Followed you
30:24I'm curious
30:30They say twins can feel each other's pain
30:33Is that true?
30:35Did you feel a sting in your chest last night?
30:38Around 8.20
30:40Why?
30:42Because that's when I stabbed your brother in the chest
30:45Did you feel a hot flash when I threw his body in the furnace?
30:50I'm glad that you and your twin found your thing together
30:52Me, I have my own thing
30:55Killing killers
30:59Whoa, hey
31:09I'll never get used to killing in front of an audience
31:18He could kill my brother
31:22Help!
31:29Your secret is safe with me
31:34Help!
31:37Get back!
31:43I couldn't stop the bleeding
31:45What the hell happened?
31:46Why did he go after you?
31:49He was acting weird
31:50Saying all kinds of crazy shit
31:52He was calling this his ultimate share
31:55I knew this guy was insane
31:56He was going on about how he was going to prove
31:58He was a visionary by taking out Lowell
32:01And me and Al
32:03Put the gun away, Charlie
32:07This is all my fault
32:10I encouraged his delusions of grandeur
32:14Always told him his work was extraordinary
32:17Obviously, my patronage over the years
32:19Only made him feel more entitled
32:20And more psycho
32:22God, it's too much goddamn blood
32:24That's why I strangle
32:26Gemini kills in pairs
32:27What are you talking about?
32:29So he's bragging about his double kills
32:30Now he's picking people off one by one
32:32With a wine glass
32:34Doesn't make sense
32:35He went after me
32:37What was I supposed to do?
32:39I'll show you what I want to do
32:39I want to get the heck out of here
32:41I can't wait to get back to Wisconsin
32:42Al, do not let this disrupt your stay with us
32:45Please
32:46We've taken care of a big problem
32:47Thanks to Red
32:49The worst is behind us
32:51I'm out
32:52I'm out
32:52We need to get cleaned up
32:53Charlie will be happy to take care of that cut for you
32:59Gareth may have been the favorite son around here
33:02But today, Prater saw the Gareth I wanted him to see
33:05A lunatic who got too big for his britches
33:08And the cherry on top
33:09Aside from killing twins
33:11The Lowell problem is officially solved
33:14Three birds, one stone
33:17An inch to the left
33:18You would have cut your radial artery
33:21You would have bled out and been dead in two minutes
33:24Wow, that wasn't my experience the last time I bled out
33:27Scary
33:31I've seen it happen
33:34I've made it happen
33:37Lucky me
33:41Very lucky
33:50You're a slave to West
33:52Of the wood and east
33:54It's a valley full
33:56For a higher land
33:58But it's not just kids
34:01To say the least
34:03We've got ideas
34:05To us that fear
34:07Like capitalists
34:10Like communists
34:12Like lots of things
34:14You've heard about
34:16It made necker
34:19Make us piss
34:21It's stupid stuff
34:23It makes a shot
34:25Hiding from somebody?
34:28Uh, no.
34:29I'm here alone.
34:31Oh, so you're actually reading that brochure?
34:33How is it?
34:34Um, story's alright
34:37Characters suck
34:38You know who actually has amazing brochures?
34:39My orthopedist
34:40Talk about sexy
34:44What happened to your arm?
34:45New Year's Eve happened
34:46Some drunk idiot ran my motorcycle
34:48Sent me flying
34:49Ripped my arm open
34:50Worst part is
34:51The nerve damage left my hand stuck like this
34:55I'm fucking with you
34:56I was in an accident though
34:58So no parents?
35:00You an orphan or what?
35:01Yeah
35:02My mom was murdered
35:03And I killed my dad
35:07I'm fucking with you
35:09My mom is dead though
35:13I'm Gigi
35:15I'm Harrison
35:17My dad said he'd come
35:19But I don't see him
35:20Well, let's take a walk
35:21See if we can find him
35:23Hello future students
35:24We're about to begin our tour
35:26My name is Gigi Jones
35:27I'm a sophomore here
35:28And I will be your tour guide this afternoon
35:30Welcome to the Collings College of Criminology
35:35Right this way
35:51Welcome to the life of a serial killer dad
36:01Kill a pair of twins
36:02Then rush to a college tour with your son
36:06Ed
36:09This wasn't the retreat
36:11That I hoped it would be
36:13Are you sure you don't need any help getting home?
36:17I'm fine
36:18We usually have a final meal
36:20To wrap up the gathering
36:22It'll be a little smaller this year
36:23But I trust you'll feel up for joining us
36:27I wouldn't miss it
36:51If there's no other questions
36:53We've come to the end of our tour
36:54With an opportunity to audit
36:56A forensic psychology class
36:59Enjoy
37:07Is that your dad?
37:10I'll be in the lobby
37:11If I see anybody flexing lost dad energy
37:14I'll send him your way
37:15Thanks
37:37Let's welcome back
37:39Detective Claudette Wallace
37:41To continue her visiting lecturer series
37:47Good evening
37:49This week I will be discussing a local case
37:52You may be familiar with
37:54It certainly dominated the headlines
37:57I am the lead investigator
38:02Please raise your hand if you have heard of
38:06The New York Ripper
38:10You may think his crime spree is over
38:13But you would be wrong
38:15First to understand criminal behavior
38:18We must understand criminal psychopathy
38:20That is how we
38:29That is how we determine motive
38:33Conduct interrogations
38:34And ultimately catch killers
38:36But this case is unusual
38:38Because the New York Ripper stopped killing years ago
38:41And yet his crimes continue to cause harm
38:44Isn't that
38:45Did you know
38:47No
38:47Everything we do is about
38:50One
38:51Identifying and stopping people who purposefully
38:54And repeatedly cause harm
38:56And two
38:58Make things right
39:01I have been investigating the Ripper since I joined the force
39:04Though he does not kill anymore
39:06He continues one of those calls
39:08A message he left for the sister of a victim
39:11She thought she could run
39:14She didn't have anywhere to go
39:15In that shitty little house of hers
39:17All she could do was cower in her own bed
39:20Your sweet little sister
39:22Hiding under that flimsy quilt
39:24Bet that was a gift from grandma, huh?
39:27That's why I took it off her before I ripped her open
39:29Wouldn't want to get blood all over grandma's quilt
39:32Man, you should have heard your sister begging me to just kill her
39:36Incredible how long a girl as small as her could stay alive
39:39I took her organs out one by one
39:44His cruelty is not careless
39:47It is calculated
39:49He never says anything that we can trace back to him
39:52We are still not certain what weapon he used
39:55But given the evidence
39:56We believe it was a crowbar-like tool
39:58All of the victims were found with multiple sharp force injuries
40:04Puncture wounds
40:05As well as evulsion injuries
40:08Her crowbar theory is close
40:10But the Ripper found a better tool
40:12Serial killers are predators
40:15They need the thrill of the hunt to feel something
40:20Reliving the violent details of his kills
40:22Is a way for the Ripper to continue experiencing the hunt
40:26And the power he feels
40:31Psychopaths are not capable of empathy
40:34Or love
40:36They are emotionally deficient individuals
40:39Who behave only in service to themselves
40:41Emotionally deficient
40:43Is that how my son sees me?
40:51Thank you
40:53How was the tour?
40:55Nice campus?
40:57It was, uh...
40:59Good
41:02About what she was saying
41:06I may not experience love
41:11The way other people do
41:16But I know
41:18The way I feel about you
41:22Is different
41:24Than the way I feel about anyone else in the world
41:35Thanks for that, Dad
41:46Well, let's get out of here
41:48Yeah
41:50Mr. Morgan
41:55And also Mr. Morgan
41:57You are Harrison's father
42:00Nice detective work
42:01I'm surprised to see you here
42:03I'm thinking about becoming a cop
42:09That probably sounds weird
42:10After how we met
42:11But honestly
42:13Seeing how dedicated you were
42:15To helping Ryan Foster's victims get justice
42:19It was inspiring
42:20So you were following in the footsteps of your father
42:24How do you mean?
42:26You were with Miami Metro Homicide, correct?
42:30Your old colleague
42:31Angel Batista
42:32Paid me a visit
42:35Right
42:37Batista
42:38He was a good guy
42:41Kind of spiraled
42:42When he found out his partner
42:44Was the Bay Arbor Butcher
42:46Maybe you've heard of him
42:47James Doakes
42:50He was never really the same after that
42:52I'm sure that was upsetting
42:55For everyone
42:56Yeah, everybody had to work hard to move on
42:58But some
43:02Just couldn't
43:03And then it got worse
43:04When he lost his ex in the line of duty
43:06He still loved her
43:08Poor guy
43:10Never really came back from that
43:12He kind of pushed us all away
43:14But we all loved him
43:19Thanks for the show and tell
43:21It's very eye-opening
43:24Oh
43:25One more thing
43:26Your crowbar theory is interesting
43:30But I couldn't help but notice
43:31The blood spatter is more consistent
43:33With a longer object
43:35Something with a handle
43:37That could be swung
43:40Maybe with a point at the end
43:41Like a hook
43:54I didn't see that coming
43:56Yeah, she surprised me too
43:58No, I'm talking about
43:59Your whole wanting to be a cop thing
44:03Am I crazy for wanting to do this?
44:06No, it makes sense
44:07A strong moral compass
44:09Runs in the family
44:11Your Aunt Deb and Grandpa Harry
44:13Would be proud
44:15It was you
44:17You're the one who inspired me
44:23Application QR codes on the back
44:25Oh, yeah
44:25This is gonna be the fun
44:27For sure
44:27More fun than my orthopedist
44:34Hey, Dad
44:35You wanna meet me at the car?
44:37Oh
44:38Right
44:40I'm gonna go check out the gift shop
44:42Mm-hmm
44:44Thanks for flagging him down
44:46No worries
44:47So what do you think of the place?
44:49All that serial killer talk
44:50Didn't scare you off, did it?
44:51I think I can handle it
44:54I'm gonna have to
44:54If I wanna be a cop
44:57What about you?
44:57Do you like it here?
44:58Love it
44:59I had to take a few weeks off
45:00After the accident
45:01But I'm finally just getting back into things
45:03I'm just dying to get out of this breeze
45:05Hmm, that's gotta be a pain
45:07I didn't realize how much shit I do with my right hand
45:10If I had to get creative with grooming and
45:15Self-care
45:19For a guy who wants to be a detective
45:20You're missing a lot of clues here
45:22One more hint
45:25Okay
45:26How about your number?
45:38Looks good on you
45:39You're a dad
45:41I'm glad you came through for him
45:45I had a very good teacher
45:47He's becoming a man right before our eyes
45:52Wish I could be at his graduation
45:53I mean, you will be
45:57Right?
46:04She seems nice
46:06Uh, yeah
46:07Dad, we're not gonna talk about that
46:09No, sir
46:10Are you freaked out at all
46:11That Batista's talking to Detective Wallace?
46:14I'm not worried
46:17Shouldn't you be?
46:18I mean, it seems like he's really got it in for you
46:21And probably me too
46:23Ryan's murder's already been solved
46:25It's a win for the cops
46:27They're not gonna make their lives more difficult
46:29No matter how hard Batista pushes
46:31He'll butt his head against the wall a few more times
46:33And then realize he can't live another day
46:35Without a plate of ropa vieja
46:37And head back to Miami
46:42Am I taking you back to the hotel?
46:45Yep
46:48I'm glad you're going to this school
46:50The first crime you gotta solve
46:51Is the prices of that gift shop
46:53This hat set me back 40 bucks
47:22This hat set me back 40 bucks
