00:01Hello. Welcome to the CV's Flight Channel.
00:06Pass through the whubs and he's got it.
00:08Hunter Lawrence's long journey in Supercross.
00:11Now has a win. Hunter on top at only 10.
00:15He's a force, no doubt, in 450 Supercross.
00:21Let's not forget he's a champion, but that elusive 450 main win in Monster and GAMA Supercross was elusive,
00:28but it is finally his.
00:30And to know Hunter Lawrence is to know his love for animals.
00:34His wife, Cynthia, even gifted him some donkeys for his birthday one year.
00:38But his favorite four-legged companions are his dogs, Milo and Jax,
00:44who may or may not be just as competitive as their owner.
00:47I'm not comfortable yet to hit this. Don't brush me.
00:50The compromise was like, let's work as a team and do it my way.
00:53That's right. Baby steps, baby.
00:55Oh, man. Just like Hunter. Focus on himself, Jax.
00:59Great stuff.
01:00All right. They start to file into the gate for the 450 main here in Daytona.
01:05Time to go around the berm. Let's have a look at some of the feature riders.
01:13All right. Here we go. Last week's winner, Hunter Lawrence.
01:17You just watched that epic feature.
01:18And I'm going to tell you right now, he looked really, really good.
01:22But if he's going to want to beat the king of Daytona Supercross, Eli Tomac,
01:27he has got to absolutely turn it loose.
01:30I think that this will be the toughest defeat that he will face possibly all year so far.
01:40I agree, Ricky. And this guy has seven of them.
01:43Eli Tomac looked great in that heat race.
01:46Talking about blowing berms out.
01:47If he's going to get an eight, I agree with you.
01:49He's got to go through that 96 with a lot of confidence.
01:51But Mr. Daytona, he's here to play.
01:54Big win if he's able to get number eight tonight.
01:56It's going to be tough. We'll see.
01:58I heard Hunter Lawrence talk about compromise.
02:00Well, Daytona has a compromise, Cooper Webb, because he wants to win.
02:03Daytona said, the best I can do is a second.
02:05He has been second here five times.
02:09Always the bridesmaid, never the bride.
02:11But he is looking to change that tonight.
02:15Martin Davilas, the team manager of Quadlock Honda,
02:19which is a rider here, Joey Savace on the 17th.
02:22Their fate may come here in this start.
02:24So we've got to keep a close eye on it.
02:26Martin said, told me he's extremely confident that Joey has the race pace.
02:30And we saw that he came second again in his heat today.
02:33But he had a good start.
02:35He told me he knows if Joey can get up with that front pack
02:38and get a top five start.
02:40Keep an eye on him.
02:40He can hang with everybody.
02:42So watch Joey Savace here, guys, as the gate drops.
02:44And let's not forget about the defending race winner here at Daytona.
02:49The scenes here a year ago were so emotional, so special.
02:52Ken Rockson, when this gate drops, will start his 170th main event.
02:59Another three more, and he'll draw level with Jeremy McGrath in the top ten for all-time starts.
03:04Is a win on offer here tonight.
03:07Well, he's been really pleased with his riding so far.
03:10That was the scene a year ago.
03:11It meant so much to Kenny.
03:14Could he do it again?
03:15He's got a win already this year in Glendale.
03:18Another Daytona victory would be immense
03:21to get him back up into the championship conversation.
03:28We look forward to this every year.
03:31We talk about this every year.
03:34People come from all over the world just to see this.
03:40Rolex 24 has happened.
03:42Daytona 500 has happened.
03:44It's time for the world-famous Daytona Supercross.
03:47Here we go.
03:49Malcolm Stewart.
03:50Hunter Lawrence.
03:52Great start.
03:53Kevin Rockson's in the mix.
03:55What a great start by Hunter Lawrence.
03:57They were able to hold on and pinch Eli off.
03:59We got Ken Rockson and Cooper Webb.
04:01Ricky, we got the top four from what we saw last weekend in Dallas.
04:04Yeah, it is right here.
04:06Man, again, no surprise.
04:08Kenny getting into the lead just like he did last weekend early on passing Cooper Webb.
04:14Cooper was going to try to go for the pass by Hunter.
04:16See if Hunter could get by.
04:19These two guys have had some phenomenal races this year, and they take the different lines.
04:25Rockson the inside.
04:26Hunter Lawrence the outside, which gives him the inside option this lane.
04:30Yeah, if there's anything that Hunter needs to do right now.
04:33And James, he has got to get by Kenny.
04:36That's if he's able to stay with him.
04:38He cannot waste time.
04:40That's the biggest thing he needs to do is get a gap on Eli Tomek.
04:43And that's going to be hard because how good Ken Rockson is.
04:46I was just going to say that.
04:47We'll see how more aggressive Hunter is to try to get around Kenny.
04:51And the same thing goes with Cooper Webb.
04:53Felt like if he was able to get around Ken or Hunter earlier in that race last weekend,
04:57might have a better chance.
04:59Hunter chased Kenny.
05:00The field chased Kenny for 14 and a half minutes last weekend.
05:05And you just look, just, I mean, think of the points.
05:07You got Hunter Lawrence in the lead, Tomek second, Rockson, and then Webb in fourth.
05:12And this is what great champions do is they find their way to the front when it matters the most,
05:18and here they all are.
05:19Yeah, you can see it, Ricky.
05:21Even Eli Tomek, I felt like he was probably going to be more aggressive
05:24because he felt like maybe he sat back too long last weekend.
05:27So each one of these riders got the anticipation to try to get up in that lead early in this
05:33race.
05:33You know how difficult it's going to be?
05:35I'm going to go ahead and say it right now.
05:37This is dangerous for the two guys in front of Eli Tomek.
05:41For Eli to be sitting here on the second lap, this is going to be a good one.
05:47And two of the three guys in the top three, Hunter Lawrence, Eli Tomek,
05:50didn't get the opportunity to race here last year through injury.
05:54They're enjoying this opportunity.
05:56And for Hunter, this is very lean times as far as his 450 experience on this track, JT.
06:02But you remember last year, Hunter went out early.
06:04He sure did.
06:05And think about what John Tomek told Will Christian in Seattle a few weeks ago.
06:11When it's your track, you have to win.
06:13And Eli went out and got the job done.
06:15He took points away from a guy like Cooper Webb at Seattle and Arlington.
06:19Everybody thinks Arlington is Cooper Webb's house.
06:22Well, now the tables are turned.
06:24Eli Tomek has won this race seven times.
06:26So for guys like Hunter Lawrence, for guys like Ken Rocks and Cooper Webb,
06:29they need to return serve.
06:31They have to try to beat the number three.
06:33And it looks like the number three is going to make life very difficult.
06:35Listen to the crowd here in Daytona.
06:38The seven-time winner is pressuring Hunter Lawrence for second.
06:43Let's see how aggressive Eli is.
06:45Is he okay with just sitting behind Hunter?
06:47Because last week, Hunter got away.
06:49Guy was able to get around Kenny.
06:50He was able to get away from him.
06:52And Eli couldn't close in.
06:52So is he okay with sitting or he wants to make that pass?
06:56We'll find out here in the next couple laps.
06:58Hunter's making a few mistakes, Ricky.
07:00Well, and I'm watching Eli, and it certainly looks like he wants to make the pass.
07:03I don't think that he is comfortable with just following him.
07:06And if he has the momentum going, and like he talks about, finding that flow,
07:10I think you keep it going.
07:13I feel like if you're in Eli's shoes, you know, even what happened last weekend,
07:17I bet he believes no matter what, as long as Hunter stays in front of him,
07:20that he's probably not going to pull away from him, you know?
07:23So we'll see how this plays out.
07:26It is a tough night, not only for Dylan Ferrandez, but Justin Cooper.
07:30Watch the second bike in shot.
07:31Yeah, it thinks like everything's going good.
07:33Oh, it just rotates forward.
07:36It's his body position too far forward, and down he goes.
07:40And that's a bummer here early in the race, going to get passed by a ton of guys.
07:45And we just got an update on Dylan Ferrandez.
07:47He has retired, which is a shame for that Red Bull Troy Lee design, Ducati took squad.
07:54See, Eli elected to go with roll-offs.
07:56You can see those two little canisters on his goggles.
08:00And conditions like this, that's pretty good,
08:03especially if you're behind like this.
08:04You get roosted so much, and you run out of tear-offs.
08:08That could be tough late in this race.
08:11We're going to find out how much Hunter has improved,
08:14like how the confidence went in over the last few weeks,
08:16because for him, he's got Ken Rocks,
08:18and he knows that's going to be a challenge just trying to get around him.
08:21But Eli right here at his house, very strong.
08:24Well, and again, I stand strong in what I said early.
08:27You can see right here on the screen,
08:30if Hunter wants to really have a good shot at this win,
08:33he cannot waste time behind Kenny.
08:37If that door opens up, I mean, he has got to take it.
08:40Kenny is a very talented, fast rider, tough to get by as well.
08:45Not going to be easy, but you just have to find a way in that moment.
08:48Hunter did a great job of recovering.
08:50He got a little too far forward in those whoops.
08:52That bike started spinning back, but adjusted his body
08:55and was able to get that run.
08:57I feel like Hunter's bike looks really good here tonight.
09:01What I mean by that is it looks really, like, it doesn't look too edgy.
09:05Sometimes I feel like in Supercross, it looks super edgy,
09:09and, like, he doesn't, there's not a lot to give to it,
09:11where here it looks a little more forgiving.
09:13These guys have enjoyed racing each other this year,
09:15and we've been spoiled.
09:17We just showed you a graphic there of the five winners so far this year.
09:21Of course, Cooper Webb winning at the Triple Crown.
09:23Let's talk more about the man in the middle,
09:25the man on the 96 JT, the points leader.
09:28Yeah, and I like the way Hunter's responded to this,
09:30and what's happened is they pushed the pace back up to Ken Rockson,
09:33and I think that's where the urgency came from Eli.
09:35He's been racing Ken Rockson for the majority or entirety of his 450 career,
09:39and he knows the one thing you can't allow Ken Rockson to do,
09:42and that's get away.
09:44He pushed the pace up, Hunter Lawrence responded,
09:46and now they're on the rear wheel of the 94.
09:49Look at this.
09:50The crowd tells you how close it is.
09:54Rockson, Lawrence, Tomac.
09:57It's really impressive the level that these guys are riding,
10:00but go back to, remember how we talked about Hunter Lawrence all year
10:03and how he needed to be a little better at the beginning of the races?
10:07Look at how well he's doing compared to round one back in Anaheim.
10:11I agree with you.
10:13He's only going to get better at this race.
10:14He'll figure his track out and see if Eli...
10:16His time out on the inside!
10:19Hunter Lawrence had no choice.
10:22That's a heads-up riding by Ken.
10:24What I was going to say, Hunter's line before the finish line,
10:26if he was closer to Ken, I think he was going to make that pass.
10:29So Eli probably needed to stop that momentum before, and he did.
10:33Let's see.
10:34Yeah, how is Hunter going to react right now or respond to that pass?
10:38But that was good for Hunter to stand his bike up straight.
10:41Had he not standing his bike up straight,
10:43he could have easily gone down, falling down the turn.
10:49Notice that a lot more about Eli this year.
10:52When he makes those passes, he makes them a little different in the passing.
10:56I'm assuming he's probably going to try to be aggressive and get around Kenny
10:59and hope that Kenny holds Hunter up and get that gap.
11:02There you go.
11:03He's going to slingshot out of this corner.
11:09Have a listen to that roar!
11:13Daytona loves themselves some E.T. 3!
11:17That was gnarly what E.T. did on that wall jump.
11:22That was awesome.
11:23Drove right through it.
11:24And all that came from that split lane up there.
11:27That's what I was saying with Hunter.
11:28If he got next to him, that he was going to pass Ken,
11:31and Eli saw that and he made that pass.
11:33That's exactly what I thought Hunter might do.
11:36Have a look at this.
11:38Aboard the Red Bull KTM.
11:41There, a lap ago, he got by Hunter Lawrence.
11:45Check out this forward momentum.
11:48Yeah, right there, just goes through, just leaves the door open, takes a pass.
11:54Like James was telling you guys, like he's been forcing these passes a lot more than he has in years
11:59past.
12:00And then right here, just goes to the outside, rails the sperm, and slingshots past Kenny because of that momentum
12:08like James was telling us about.
12:10Yeah, I love it, and this is the difference that I see with Eli this year, is that when he
12:14gets there, he makes passes instantly.
12:17Maybe in the past he got caught back, he knew how important his pass would be if Kenny, he's looking
12:22good, Will.
12:23He's looking so comfortable on this Red Bull KTM machine, isn't he, guys?
12:28I was talking to the crew chief that are over at KTM, Carlos Rivera, and he was reflecting on press
12:33day, which happened on Friday.
12:34And apparently Eli came off the track and said, that's one of the best press days I've ever had.
12:39Don't want to change anything.
12:40This is how I want the bike.
12:42And I mean, James, Ricky, do you think we've ever seen him quite as comfortable as he is now?
12:47You talked about how he's just worked his way forward.
12:49He's so happy.
12:50He says everything positive about where he is.
12:53I haven't seen him react like this after wins or even podiums.
12:57So, I mean, it's incredible to see at this point in Chris's career.
13:00No, absolutely it is.
13:02And, yeah, we've seen Eli maybe be faster on certain days on different brands, but I would say this.
13:07I see this is the most comfortable I've seen him in all situations.
13:10Right.
13:10There's nothing that seems like it bothers where it passed.
13:13When he was on, he was on.
13:14Sometimes those days he was off, he had a few moments.
13:17Don't see that this year, Lee.
13:18Think about his words.
13:19I just love this motorcycle.
13:21Yeah.
13:22And it looks like he loves it.
13:23He's having fun on it.
13:24He won the first two races of this season.
13:27He's got three wins on the year so far.
13:30I mean, like James said, you know, on an average, he has been, this is the best that I've ever
13:38seen him.
13:39He's looked good in every single condition that we've seen this year.
13:42And we have to remind ourselves, this is the guy who could very well have been retired.
13:46And here he is halfway home to an eighth win, an unprecedented eighth win in Daytona.
13:55Quick reminder to stock up on Monster Energy drinks at 7.11.
13:599.45 on the clock, plus a lap.
14:03And with every step on this track, we're watching history in Monster Energy AMA Supercross and the SMX World Championship
14:10with this man here, the 33-year-old father of three, Eli Tomac.
14:15Ricky, I'm going to go back to what you said in the opening.
14:18Yeah.
14:18We're at halfway.
14:19We're in the second half of the season.
14:20Let's see what these two guys behind him can do with this guy right here, Eli.
14:24Oh, Eli getting a little sideways there.
14:27And I'm going to tell you, they're doing a great job at keeping Eli closer, not letting him get away.
14:33Hunter Lawrence was the fastest guy last lap.
14:36He had a 118.4 to Eli's 119.1.
14:42So there you go.
14:43But again, Hunter's got to do his best to get by Kenny.
14:47Let's give some love a little further back.
14:49You're looking at second and third.
14:50But how about Joey Savace in fifth behind Cooper Webb, Aaron Plessinger sixth, Garrett Marchbank seventh, Malcolm Stewart in eighth,
14:58Shane McElrath and Christian Craig in the top ten.
15:02There's Joey Savace.
15:03He runs top five.
15:04Great ride by Joey.
15:06He looked great.
15:07And he's looked good all year long.
15:09And, you know, some people might be surprised.
15:11But this, honestly, with the talent of this guy, go back to a few years, battling with that championship with
15:16Zach Osborne and winning a bunch of life.
15:18This is where Joey belongs.
15:20Confidence.
15:20He does.
15:21And he's raced a lot of these guys for a long time, some of these guys in the 250 division.
15:26And he's had a rough go.
15:28He had a gnarly foot injury several years ago.
15:31And to see him finally get back to what we believe what his potential was, it's great to see.
15:37And this is not a factory team.
15:40They get a little support, factory support from Honda, not much.
15:43And Martin Davalos and Yariv Konski, team owner, has done a great job.
15:50Well, if he stays where he is, next eight minutes plus a lap, he's going to match what he did
15:54at San Diego in round two.
16:25And that is a top five result.
16:25I think it's a big deal for a lot.
16:28I came into this, talked about it on my show this weekend on how it could be a huge positive
16:32for Ken Rockson or anybody to win outside of Eli.
16:35But if they don't lose too many points to Eli, it wouldn't be a huge negative.
16:39So I think Hunter Lawrence understands if he can get past Kenny, get second, yeah, he'd be bummed on that
16:44win.
16:45But we know how good Eli is here.
16:47A hundred percent.
16:49But still, even though this would be a dominant win, you know, it's important for a guy like Hunter Lawrence
16:55to get out here and try to bag a win.
16:58It could be the year of consistency with, again, how deep this field is.
17:04Oh, here we go.
17:05And quite often you talk about, over the course of a season, who has the best, worst result.
17:12And at the moment, that's Hunter Lawrence.
17:14His worst result as he goes for the inside on Rockson.
17:17His worst result this year is fourth.
17:19For Eli Tomac, his worst is 12th.
17:22And will we see over the course of the season that play out, or will it be simply victories?
17:27Yeah.
17:27That determines it.
17:28And that's the thing.
17:29You go back to last year's Supercross season against Cooper Webb.
17:33And Chase Sexton.
17:35And so, six.
17:35Oh, here you go.
17:36Nice.
17:36Switch up here for Hunter Lawrence.
17:38Oh, that was a nice line to the inside.
17:40Uh-oh.
17:40He goes off his course there.
17:42Checks up a little bit.
17:43Doesn't gain any time.
17:45So, nothing will happen there.
17:47It depends on how much longer Hunter stays behind Ken.
17:50And if Eli starts to get away, I think what Hunter's going to start doing is racing to just get
17:55second.
17:55Yeah.
17:56You know, if he can get around Ken, maybe that hope of Eli's still there.
17:59But otherwise, he's going to put all his effort on just trying to wear Kenny out.
18:02At least finish that second as he might get a run right here.
18:05Whoa!
18:06If he can scrub, Kenny's going to be stuck on the outside.
18:09Hunter will probably pop out of his rut to cut Kenny off.
18:11There you go.
18:12Nice work.
18:12Yeah.
18:13That was nice.
18:14Great work by Hunter Lawrence to notice where that lapper was going.
18:18Go to the inside.
18:19And then he hops to the right-hand side of that rhythm lane after to block and defend that position
18:25on Kenny.
18:26He did not let Kenny get by.
18:29This is going to be an interesting next lap.
18:32Maybe take a breather here and see just if he can make any time whatsoever on Eli.
18:40Looks good.
18:40But, yeah, he does.
18:43Let's talk more about the man aboard the 96.
18:45And with that pass, Will, that will allow him to keep the red plate for another five minutes plus a
18:52lap.
18:53A massive achievement, Lee.
18:55And I was talking to Darren Lawrence, Dazzy, as everyone calls him, his dad, earlier.
18:59And just after that first Supercross win last weekend and what he reflected on after that.
19:04And he said, well, I'm thinking back.
19:06And his wife, Emma, was there, too.
19:07He said, we're thinking back to nine years ago when we left Australia.
19:11We left everything behind.
19:12And because we believed we could do something over him, we didn't want to not try.
19:16And he said, every time we achieve something, we go, well, there we go.
19:20Yeah, that's that one.
19:21That's that one.
19:22And they've done it with Jet.
19:23And now they get to do it with their other son, Hunter.
19:25And he's like, we did that again last weekend.
19:27He said, we achieved something else.
19:28That's both of our boys now who have got Supercross wins.
19:32So just a massive achievement for this year.
19:34Red Cross flag out there, guys.
19:36I believe that's for Scott Meschi as the rider down.
19:39As Hunter works his way through the sand section.
19:42One more time.
19:43Just look at the rubs through the sand there.
19:46Yeah.
19:46Crazy.
19:47It is brutal right now.
19:49Hey, Hunter Lawrence, fastest guy on the track.
19:52He was seven-tenths quicker than Eli Tomac.
19:56And that was Wilde making a pass by Ken Rockson.
20:00So this thing ain't over.
20:02He's closed the gap with under three seconds.
20:04And Lappers could play a part here.
20:07And this is leaning in to Hunter Lawrence's strength,
20:12beating second half and ladder part of the race.
20:15Yeah, absolutely.
20:15I mean, we know he's always been comfortable here.
20:17It's going to be crucial for Eli.
20:19See if he can respond.
20:21Because I think it's going to become a point.
20:22If he can pull that gap or at least keep it the same,
20:25then Hunter will probably just start making sure
20:27he just finished on his second place.
20:30Eli's giving an opportunity, Ricky.
20:31Yeah, and they basically mirrored their last lap time.
20:35So, I mean, again, you're just tiptoeing.
20:39Yeah, it's going to be close.
20:42Just got to keep digging and hope for the best.
20:45Try to time your passes by these Lappers the best that you can.
20:52Oh, Hunter's going to lose some time right there.
20:55Coming into this season, one of the headlines involved, of course,
21:01Hunter's younger brother, Jett, SMX world champion and the injury.
21:05So then people are saying, okay, so the question that begs is,
21:09is this Hunter's time to shine?
21:11Well, he's showing us that now.
21:13And all the way, all throughout both brothers' careers,
21:18older brother Hunter has been the one to say,
21:21I'm not doing my job unless I make my little brother better.
21:25I need to set the example.
21:26I need to show the way.
21:27And he is the first to tell you how good his younger brother is.
21:31Yes, at times it has been painful where he's missed out on winning the SMX World Championship himself.
21:36But here, Hunter has capitalized on the opportunity that's been put in front of him.
21:41He's shown his maturity.
21:43He's shown his, at times, he is just so methodical about how he works his way,
21:48his race craft, how he goes through.
21:51And so is this the year for him to shine?
21:54Well, if he stays where he is, he keeps that red leaders plate, championship leaders plate,
21:58for yet another weekend as we head to Indianapolis next weekend.
22:01I mean, listen, we're sitting here and we're watching this,
22:04but this is an incredible ride by Hunter Lawrence.
22:07This isn't a surprise ride for Eli.
22:10He's the king of Daytona.
22:11That's right.
22:11This is an incredible ride by this guy.
22:14And you can only, I mean, it's still there's some pressure,
22:17not only on Hunter, but Eli as well once we go back to regular Supercross races.
22:22This is a fantastic position for Hunter.
22:25I couldn't agree more with you, Ricky.
22:27That was exactly what I was thinking.
22:29That's why I go back to, it's not surprising to watch Eli win,
22:32but for sure, Hunter, as Eli almost goes off the track right there,
22:37this is really impressive and going to give Hunter some confidence,
22:40even if he does finish second and keep Eli, man, it's gotten better.
22:45JT.
22:46Well, yeah, you know, there's impossible things,
22:48and then there's passing Tomac late at Daytona.
22:52Like, that is what Hunter Lawrence is facing right now.
22:55So you almost, you know, it's almost like a pat on the back here
22:58to fight through, get a second place, retain the red weight,
23:01because everybody knows what Tomac is going to do at Daytona.
23:04But you watch how comfortable Tomac was in that heat race,
23:07the way he's able to move forward in this main event,
23:09jumping all the way into the corners, making one arc out of every corner.
23:13Like, this has just been a banner night for the number three.
23:17This is what legends are made of, and it's going to be number eight, it looks like.
23:22Well, there's some truth to that, 100%.
23:25And again, kind of like going back to you were just talking about, James,
23:29just the quality of second place that this is.
23:32And if you're a hunter, you've got to be pretty stoked overall.
23:36Yeah.
23:36And once he goes back and watch this film, he's going to see Eli pushing.
23:41Eli's taking a push back.
23:43I think Eli's got this sand section figured out, but I agree.
23:46It's a win for both these guys.
23:49Let's give a shout-out to Garrett Marchbanks, running seventh.
23:58Yeah, this is a fantastic job.
24:00Like you mentioned a little earlier in the show,
24:03I think it was in the heat races, James, about how he had a rough go at it.
24:08So great to see you here, Will.
24:11So much work.
24:12Ricky has gone into this, too.
24:14Just talking to Kawasaki earlier on, there's just hundreds of hours.
24:18They said 100 hours a week has gone in.
24:21And we need to give a praise to kind of an unsung hero there,
24:24in particular, Test Rider, over at Monster Energy Kawasaki,
24:28because he's been put in those days, too.
24:30They're talking 9 o'clock in the morning till dark,
24:32on multiple days back-to-back to get Garrett to where he is right now.
24:36He was feeling the most comfortable, he said,
24:38and he's only been able to push, he said,
24:40two days out of the entire season so far today.
24:43So incredible to see him in this position.
24:45And we wish Chase Sexton to a speedy recovery.
24:49We want to see Chase back as quickly as we can.
24:51There's the race leader, Eli Tomac,
24:55is on his final lap here at Daytona.
24:58We have seen...
25:00Bring it home!
25:01Bring it home!
25:04Man, eight times.
25:07That is...
25:08That is so wild to me.
25:11I didn't even race Daytona eight times at the elite level, I think.
25:16Well, we...
25:18It's wild.
25:18For you guys as Daytona winners, right,
25:21we have all witnessed this man here
25:24be the catalyst for emotions in this crowd like we've never seen.
25:29When he equaled your record of five,
25:32when he surpassed your record,
25:34when the crowd just surged the podium,
25:37there is something magical about Eli Tomac
25:40and Daytona International Speedway.
25:42He's done it again!
25:44Now for an eighth time!
25:46Eli Tomac, the magic at Daytona, continues!
25:51Hunter Lawrence has ran the fastest lap of the race that last lap.
25:54He's done it again,
25:57he's done it again.
26:02He's done it again.
26:05And he's done it again in sadlyä»„ć‰,
26:06while he was produced by four words allotons.
26:07Meanwhile, while随ped of the Leader
26:07Are you seeing...
26:08Are you seeing...
26:10Are you vaccinated?
26:16All of them are attacking that
26:20That's going to happen to us.
