13:07I heard you're doing all funds.

13:11I'm raising $40 million.

13:14We focused on wellness and women's health.

13:17And also we're doing technology, consumer health tech, and services.
13:21And we spent a lot of time figuring out where, like,
13:25what our entire strategy was going to be.
13:28Like, you know, building everything from the ground up.
13:30Obviously building a firm from scratch is, like, pretty difficult.
13:33And we have our lawyers.
13:35We have our back of house.
13:36We have our accountants.
13:37We have our CFO.
13:38And we've really been building this out.

13:42You know, raising this fund is really difficult.
13:45We have about one month to get to our first close.
13:49And I'm not used to raising capital.
13:52I've been on many cap tables.
13:53But this is different.
13:55I'm very open to critical feedback,
13:57because if we cannot get to our deadline,
14:00then we're not going to be able to fund this deal.
14:01We already have 10% of the fund committed.
14:04And I'd like to get to 15% for our first close.
