00:03Officially weighed in at 193.6 today and that's because I missed two meals yesterday while I was
00:10at work but I also only got in 5,000 steps yesterday compared to 10,000. So yes weight
00:16went down but upset at myself that I didn't get on all my steps and I didn't eat all my meals.
00:22So we'll have to do better at that today but here's the update of the physique.
00:30No change of course. It's only been one day like you guys want miracles and I'm not on
00:37roids yet. Whatever you know just whatever. So yeah that's what we're looking like today.
00:45It's still pretty flat.
