Physique update day 2 — weighed in at 193.6 lbs, down from yesterday, but I’m keeping it real. I missed meals and only hit 5,000 steps instead of my 10k goal, so while the scale moved, execution wasn’t perfect.

00:00What's up boys, girls, ladies and gentlemen. Today is day two of the physique update.
00:03Officially weighed in at 193.6 today and that's because I missed two meals yesterday while I was
00:10at work but I also only got in 5,000 steps yesterday compared to 10,000. So yes weight
00:16went down but upset at myself that I didn't get on all my steps and I didn't eat all my meals.
00:22So we'll have to do better at that today but here's the update of the physique.
00:30No change of course. It's only been one day like you guys want miracles and I'm not on
00:37roids yet. Whatever you know just whatever. So yeah that's what we're looking like today.
00:45It's still pretty flat.
00:49Still got a lot of work to go but day two's in the books. Excited for day three. Make sure I hit all
00:55my steps. Make sure I hit all my meals. Make sure I hit my workouts. Today's shoulders and chest. So
00:58really excited because I'm really trying to get like a balooka whale chest. Do you feel me?
