00:00What is up boys, girls, ladies and gentlemen, welcome back to the physique update and in today, in today's episode, in this morning, I weighed at it 192.2, kind of upset that I fluctuated up in weight because I hit all my steps, I went to the gym, I only drank half a gallon of water, could be on me, but here is the physique update.
00:22I do feel like I am leaning out, but I am up in weight, so that's like a bittersweet, but hopefully, it's early, my bad.
00:43I hope that for this month, we get under the 190s, get closer to that like 185-ish mark, so that would be a little over 7 pounds to lose this month, might be a little too much.
00:58I'm going to shoot for anywhere between 3 and 7 pounds this month, and I mean, everybody got the top 2, your grandma got the top 2 abs, so I guess it's not impressive, but I'm doing my best.
