00:06today so up about a pound from yesterday a little less than a pound from yesterday and i already
00:14know why didn't get all my steps in only hit 7 000 steps yesterday didn't hit 10 000 so really
00:20just trying to do a better job of focusing on getting my steps even if it means going to the
00:25gym are getting on the treadmill at 10 11 midnight just to make sure i get all my steps in but
00:30here's the physique not feeling great about it not gonna lie feeling real puffy i'm tired
00:37been staying up too late trying to work on stuff but here we are
00:40so i mean no huge changes like at all like yeah i'm almost down almost 20 pounds but still
00:53no real differences in the physique or anything like that
00:59i feel like i have don't mind me i'm pretty ashy this morning and then this like
