Late night today. Finished content at the end of the day and weighed in way later than planned. Scale said 196, which isn’t ideal, but it’s also not the full story. Not hiding it, not overreacting — just logging it.

00:00what is up boys girls ladies and gentlemen it is another day not sure exactly what day it is
00:05i'm sure i'll put it in the description or in the title of this video but
00:08it is pretty late at night i woke up a little bit late so i didn't get to do this in the morning so
00:16this is at the end of the day which means my numbers are a little bit higher is what it is
00:23i am now 196 yes i know i gained like four pounds over the last four days but we're gonna ride the
00:34ship we're still down our overall amount remember we started this journey at 210
00:39and it's been almost 30 days my goal was about a pound pound and a half a week so i'm still ahead
00:47of schedule but obviously we don't want to continuously go backwards so this is obviously
00:50end of the day i did eat dinner not too long ago keep that in mind
00:56still fat but working on really trying to work on my posture too just like being more upright you
01:18oh man but yeah so still make it happen physique update we will do better tomorrow i promise
01:26morning workouts we have legs tomorrow we have some pt stuff we have to work late tomorrow so
