00:0595.2 which is nice so yesterday I got all my steps in
00:10drank my water and we're down two pounds from yesterday trying to continue that trend if we can see
00:15like 190 by the end of
00:20the month so basically we've lost 20 pounds in the last
00:2530 days or so would be ideal
00:30and then toning up probably got another 20 pounds
00:35we lose after that so in total about 40 pounds if I get down to 170
00:40165 170 and see how I look maybe we'll put back on to 180 180
00:45depending on you know how the body looks but this is what
00:50is
00:55And I'm feeling a lot lighter compared to yesterday.
01:00I don't really know why necessarily, but I do feel.
01:05Better. Maybe it's because I got all my steps in.
01:07Maybe it's just because I'm proud of myself.
01:10I guess because I got all my steps in, ate all my meals, did all that stuff.
01:12And because of that, the weight.
01:15Showed that I lost weight because I did, because I was consistent on doing what I was supposed to be doing, even though there's still.
