Physique update today: 193.2. I don’t feel terrible about the number, but the day itself hasn’t been great. Missed PT and my morning work after staying up way too late. Tried to convince myself I could sleep at 2 and still get up at 4 — lesson learned.

00:00What is up boys, girls, ladies and gentlemen, welcome back to the Vaseek update. Today we officially weighed at 193.2, which don't feel too terribly bad about.
00:10I did miss PT this morning, so, and my morning workout, obviously.
00:16So, I'm obviously starting at a higher weight than I normally would if I just would have gotten up and worked out like I planned on it.
00:22Absolutely slept through my alarms.
00:24Note to self, don't stay up till 2 in the morning and think you're going to get up at 4.
00:27It's very hard to do. It's very hard to do, but this is the Vaseek.
00:40So, still, as you see, no difference. We'll make sure that we go to the gym today.
00:45We will do some extra workouts, maybe some extra cardio since we missed this morning.
00:50And, yeah, just slowly on the grind. I am absolutely starving.
00:54I normally eat at like 6 in the morning, 5 in the morning, and it's already almost 11, and I haven't eaten yet.
01:01So, my stomach is killing me, and I can't even think straight because of how tired and hungry I am.
01:06But, this is the Vaseek.
01:09I'm going to make some content when I go to the gym today, see some lifts.
01:12I have some chest and thighs today. Really excited to get that going.
