00:00all right so let me show you the dip station the dip station at first of all i have the bench set
00:03at 60 degrees that way when i set the dip station on there the handles are going to be horizontal
00:08parallel to the floor now as far as the handles go the handles are 20 inches apart on center
00:14they have a rubberized grip here that makes them 38 millimeters in diameter and then right here
00:19there's one setting as far as where the pin is going to go through the hole there
00:24so just like other attachments put it through the hole here
00:30i secure the tension knob and this one does have a little bit of a wobble i found that once i put my
00:37weight on top of it that wobble reduces and it doesn't really affect the uh the wraps so i'm
00:42going to show you what those look like here as you can see not much wobble at all there's a little bit
00:50but not nothing i'd be concerned about the dips feel good so that's pretty much it basic attachment
01:00but if you're you like calisthenics you like working out your upper body chest triceps shoulders
