00:00Now this one here is the bicep attachment. I can use this one for preacher curls either with a
00:03barbell or with dumbbells and I can also use it for incline bicep curls to support the back of
00:09my arms. Now this one here is the only one that actually doesn't go through the port here through
00:13the top of the bench. It actually inserts into the frame the back of the bench and it does so
00:18with a pin here on the top. I insert the pin through one of two holes. There's two holes in
00:22the back of the frame. I insert the top pin and then I have a mag pin so that I can lock it in
00:28place. Now this one here has a 16 inch pad on each side. Each pad is two inches in thickness and it's
00:35using a grippy vinyl that the bench uses. So very comfortable padding, very supportive. Only thing
00:40about it though is that because it is adjustable, it adjusts up and down here. There's six different
00:45settings and I use a pop pin here. It does have a little bit of a wiggle on each one of these so
00:50the tolerance could be better. It could be tighter but still once I use the bench I don't really feel
00:55it that much. It does wiggle but it's not terrible. So this is the only one that doesn't go through
01:01the port and I'm going to show you how I connect it right now. I suggest to give you some reference
01:04this is the port on the top and these are the two holes I'm going to be using for the bicep
01:09attachment. The pads are going to be facing forward and the pin that's built into the bicep
01:16attachment is going to go on the top hole. Then this is going to swing loosely and that's where
01:20the mag pin comes in. I push this forward a little bit, push it in and then I'm ready to use it. So
01:26that's what it looks like after I set it up. It's ready to use and I can do some incline curls and
01:31again I can move this up and down because I have the adjustments here with the pop pin. I have six
01:37different angles where I can adjust it up and down depending on on my height and wherever I want the
01:42arm support. So I brought you to the back of the bench again because I want to show you how I convert
01:46this to a preacher curl bench and for this I'm going to be using the sundial which allows me to flip down
01:51the top pad here. Now because this bar is in the way here it does get a little bit tight when I try
01:56to convert this to a preacher curl and vice versa and also because this bracket that connects the
02:01bicep attachment to the frame here doesn't use anything like a pop pin or anything where it keeps
02:07it very tight. It's just using the mag pin and then the built-in pin here. It does tend to wiggle some
02:12and also the the arm pads here they do have a little bit of a wiggle so if there was something
02:17that they could improve upon that would be something there. Again once you put weight on that on the
02:21pad that wiggle diminishes but it's still there. So I'm going to pull the pin out here from the sundial
02:27and then this is going to allow me to flip this down and then from this here I can use this window
02:32to insert the pin and lock it back in place. Okay so I'm going to insert it in here
02:39there we go it's locked in place and from here I can change the angle of the incline by switching
02:47the angle of the bench. So that's pretty much it from here I can adjust the height of the pads to
02:54whatever feels better for me and then from here I can do my preacher curls. I've done them facing my
03:00uprights where I have Jacobs and an easy curl bar and I can do barbell bicep curls using the preacher
03:07bench or I can do it single-handedly with dumbbells where I'm doing them one at a time or even two at
03:12a time with dumbbells. So nice feature here that they added just they need to improve this wiggle
03:17a little bit better so that there's there's less of that going on but other than that I think it's a
03:23great attachment to give more versatility to the bench. That's my review on the Freak Athlete ABX. If
