00:00so as far as the ab attachment goes it's just a regular ab attachment nothing crazy about it but

00:03again with like with any of these attachments instead of buying a dedicated bench just for

00:08decline sit-ups and just buy something smaller that's not going to take up any floor space

00:12and just insert it to the end of the bench here so that i'm able to do the exercise without taking

00:17up more floor space so very basic ab attachment you have a five five inch diameter on the padding

00:23here so it's very comfortable they're using the grippy vinyl here and it just feels very comfortable

00:28now in the end over here you have three holes so you can set this at three different lengths whether

00:32you want it closer or further away from the bench and then to set up the sit-up they have a setting

00:37here for 30 degrees so the 30 degree angle i insert it into the port lock it in place and i'm ready to

00:43do my setup it's just very basic you have a handle here to help yourself go up and down and then of

00:48course you can set this to different angles as well not just 30 degrees so if you want to do a steeper

00:53setup then you have the option to do so now one cool thing about it that i found is that i can flip

00:59this upside down and use it also for nordic curls if i flip it upside down lock it in place now i can

01:08secure my feet here do my nordic curls so i can get a little bit more just from the ab attachment so

01:13nordic curls ab attachment this is more a little bit more of a hack i don't think they advertise

01:18the uh nordic curl feature but you know if you have that then you can just flip it upside down and

01:23knock out some crunches and some nordic curls at the same time that's my review on the freak
