A dramatic police raid in Varanasi’s Hotel Town House has created a buzz after Russian young women allegedly fled through a window to evade arrest. The incident unfolded when a police team, acting on a tip-off, raided the hotel and found several women inside under suspicious circumstances.
According to eyewitnesses, the Russian women locked themselves in their rooms upon seeing the police. When officers broke open the door, the women had already escaped through the window. A search operation has been launched to trace them.
Meanwhile, police reportedly caught four women in objectionable situations in separate rooms during the raid. The detained women are being interrogated by the police about their identities, travel plans, and local connections.
