00:00Welcome to the video from the Car Magazine Tuning Blog.
00:03Today we're talking about the brand new Xbang G7,
00:06a midsize SUV that will be presented as the first AI car with L3 computing power.
00:13The manufacturer Xbang has announced that it will officially unveil the vehicle on the evening of June 11,
00:19particularly emphasizing its focus on intelligent technology combined with generous space.
00:23The G7 not only has a futuristic design with flowing lines and a powerful appearance,
00:31but also stands out from the competition with its intelligent features.
00:36With a length of around 4.9 meters, a width of around 1.9 meters and a height of around 1.7 meters,
00:43as well as a wheelbase of almost 2.9 meters, the G7 is one of the most spacious representatives in its class.
00:49The exterior appearance is characterized by a black underbody, high ground clearance,
00:57a large rear spoiler and a traditional SUV design that is primarily designed for comfort for families.
01:05Particular attention has been paid to the headroom in the second row of seats.
01:10Black exterior mirrors, recessed door handles, tinted windows in the rear
01:14and a panoramic glass roof with a presumably heat-protective coating round off the look.
01:19Inside, Xbang relies on a minimalist design.
01:24For example, there is no classic instrument cluster.
01:27Instead, the Chasing Light Panorama AR hat, developed in collaboration with Huawei, is celebrating its premiere.
01:35This augmented reality head-up display projects information directly into the driver's field of vision on an 87-inch display surface.
01:41It supports navigation on lane lines, driver assistance and safety warnings, among other things.
01:49Eight driving scenarios, including curves, intersections and main roads, are covered.
01:54The display is provided with a color space of 85% NTSC, a brightness of over 12,000 nits and a contrast ratio of 18,001.
02:04This is made possible by Huawei's optical algorithms and components combined with Xbang's own imaging modules and an AR composition.
02:13The carpet of light, which adapts to obstacles and inclines and also contributes to driving support in bad weather, is particularly helpful.
02:24Under the hood is the familiar electric motor of the G6 with a peak output of 298 horsepower.
02:30The energy is supplied by a lithium-ion phosphate battery pack from the manufacturer KB, although the exact range is not yet known.
02:40However, low energy consumption is expected to be a key selling point.
02:45The battery is expected to operate with high efficiency, which should make the vehicle particularly suitable for everyday use.
02:51Another milestone is the first-time use of the self-developed Turing AI chip from Xbang, which is described as the limit of computing power.
03:02It is intended to enable both autonomous driving and intelligent cockpit functions with large speech and image models, thus making the G7 a technology leader.
03:11With an expected starting price of around 33,000 euros, the G7 is positioning itself as a serious competitor to vehicles such as the Tesla Model Y, the Xiaomi Sioux 7 or the Seeker 7X.
03:28Pre-orders are set to start on June 11, with initial deliveries in the third quarter of 2025.
