00:00Welcome to the video from the Auto Magazine Tuning Blog about the Ducati Panigle V4 Tricolor Italia.
00:08Ducati is upping the ante with this exclusive special model, a limited edition of a limited edition.
00:15The Panigle V4 Tricolor Italia is not just a motorcycle, but a true collector's item that combines Italian racing tradition with the highest level of engineering.
00:24Ducati announced the Panigle V4 Tricolor for the 2025 model year back in December 2024.
00:33A machine in the Italian national colors, limited to 1,000 units and available for €54,500 each.
00:42But in March 2025, Ducati surprised everyone with an even rarer special version, the Panigle V4 Tricolor Italia.
00:50The model was ceremoniously presented at the Italian Ministry of Enterprise and Mail, accompanied by Minister Adolfo Urso.
01:00The Panigle V4 Tricolor Italia celebrates Italian motorsport with a special color scheme.
01:07The dominant blue azure is reminiscent of the colors of the Italian national teams and the successes of the Ducati factory team.
01:13Particularly significant is the reference to Francesco Pio Baguia, the MotoGP champion, who won the Italian Grand Prix in Mugello on the 2nd of June 2024, Italy's national holiday, wearing these colors.
01:29Only 163 units of this special edition were produced a number that was not chosen by chance.
01:34It is made up of Baguia's starting number 63 and his first place in Mugello.
01:40By the time it was presented on the 19th of March 2025, all units had already been completely sold out to loyal Ducati customers and collectors from all over the world.
01:50The price for one of these exclusive bikes is around €85,000.
01:54Technically, the Panigle V4 Tricolor Italia is based on the 225cc Ducati Panigle V4S.
02:03At its heart is a V4 engine with a displacement of 1,103cc, equipped with 16 desmodromic valves.
02:11The peak power is 216hp at 3,500 rpm.
02:18The chassis comes with a new twin-axle aluminum rear swingarm and semi-actively controlled oil components.
02:24The weight is interesting.
02:27Although it is equipped with carbon wheels, the Tricolor Italia weighs 188kg, 1kg more than the Panigle V4S.
02:36The reason for this is the significantly larger and thicker brake discs.
02:41Another highlight of this special edition are the exclusive Carbon Raider and the racing brake system with particularly large brake discs,
02:48combined with the new GP4 Sport Production brake calipers from Brembo.
02:54Ducati calls this new system Frontbrake Pro Plus and complements it with carbon cooling channels for even better performance.
03:03Other racing elements include the open dry clutch with a carbon cover,
03:07the adjustable footrest system, a racing aluminum fuel tank cap and the integrated GPS module.
03:12Added to this is an aerodynamically optimized windshield, an Alcantara seat and a kit for removing the license plate holder.
03:21The aluminum triple clamp, which identifies each of the 163 units with an individual serial number, is particularly elegant.
03:32A numbered aluminum plaque is also located on the ignition key.
03:37Another exclusive detail is revealed when starting the motorcycle.
03:40The color display greets the rider with an animation specially designed for this edition.
03:46As a crowning touch, Francisco P.C.O. Beia's personal signature adorns the aluminum tank.
03:52The 163 Planigale V4 Tricolor Italia are delivered in a specially made wooden box, individually labeled for the respective buyer.
04:04In addition, the owners receive a certificate of authenticity and a high-quality cover cloth, which was designed exclusively for this model.
