00:10new Ducati Multistrada V2 and V2S for the year 2025. Ducati has once again introduced impressive
00:18innovations to its Travel Enduro series and the new Multistrada V2 sets new standards in terms of
00:24performance and lightweight construction. With a chassis that is 18 kilograms lighter and an output
00:30of 115 horsepower, the new Multistrada V2 offers an even more agile and dynamic riding experience.
00:37The new 890cc V2 engine which is already installed in the Street Fighter V2 and the Panagale V2 also
00:45ensures impressive performance here. However, the engine has been specially adapted for the Multistrada
00:52V2. While it delivers 120 horsepower and 93 newton meters of torque in the other models,
00:58it offers 115 horsepower and 92 newton meters of torque in the Multistrada found to this slight
01:04reduction in torque is more than compensated for by the optimized engine tuning so that over 70%
01:11the available torque is available for powerful acceleration from just 3500 revolutions per minute.
01:19In addition, the larger flywheel mass of the generator and connecting rods ensures a stable and smooth ride
01:27which is particularly advantageous on long tours. Another highlight of the new Multistrada V2 is its
01:35significantly reduced weight. With a total weight of just 199 kilograms without fuel in the tank,
01:41the new Multistrada V2 is an astonishing 18 kilograms lighter than its predecessor.
01:48This weight saving was achieved through a new lightweight engine and a revised chassis with an
01:54aluminium front frame, a bolt-on steel tubular space frame, and a two-arm aluminium swing arm.
02:01The standard version is equipped with the high-quality upside-down fork from Mazzocchi and a shock absorber from
02:08Saks, while the SVI also has a semi-active skyhook chassis which weighs just three kilograms.
02:14More, huh? With a full 19-liter tank, the new Multistrada V2 weighs around 219 kilograms and the V2S even 222 kilograms which represents a significant weight reduction compared to the previous model which weighed 240 kilograms with a full tank.
02:33The design of the new Ducati Multistrada V2 has also been revised but remains true to the characteristic multi-face.
02:42The nose is shorter and the height-adjustable windscreen has a central curve that offers better protection.
02:50The indicators are integrated into the fairing, which now has side-air ducts and the tank fairing.
02:55Extends further down, creating smoother surfaces.
02:59The height-adjustable rider seat is available in two versions, with a seat height of 830 millimeters or 850 millimeters.
03:10Both the rider seat and the pillion seat have newly shaped comfortable upholstery that ensures a high level of seating comfort even on long journeys.
03:19The electronics package of the new Multistrada V2 is a real highlight.
03:23The 5-inch TFT display offers three different display modes and clearly presents all important information.
03:31Five riding modes, Sport, Touring, Urban, Enduro, and WET, allow the rider to optimally adapt the motorcycle to the road and weather conditions.
03:41Fixed systems such as ABS cornering, traction control, wheelie control, and engine brake control ensure a safe and stable ride.
03:49However, they can be flexibly adjusted.
03:51Additional features such as a quick shifter, cruise control, a USB socket, an emergency flasher function for heavy braking,
03:59and an integrated multimedia system offer comfort and expand the functionality.
04:05Aero navigation can be added as an optional upgrade to ensure you never lose your bearings even on long tours.
04:11The new Multistrader V2S also impresses with a semi-active chassis that offers anti-roll and anti-roll functions as well as a manual lowering function for a secure stance.
04:24This advanced chassis adapts optimally to different riding conditions and always ensures a stable, comfortable ride.
04:32With 170mm of front and rear suspension travel and matching tire formats on cast aluminum wheels,
04:40the new Multistrader V2 remains agile and versatile despite all the improvements.

04:53Prices start at $15,990 for the V2S, which is an extremely attractive offer considering the numerous improvements and first-class equipment.
