00:05Well, if your first date is like most first dates, you're probably not going to see her again.
00:09Let's be real here.
00:10So you should go home immediately and masturbate furiously while her memory is still fresh in your mind.
00:14Or just take a chill pill. Relax.
00:15You don't really have to do anything after a first date.
00:17Sometimes it's nice to follow up and send her a message and say,
00:20Hey, I had a nice time.
00:21But don't overdo it.
00:22If you overdo it, say you really enjoyed yourself, let's do it again.
00:26You're going crazy about her.
00:27It could come across as needy.
00:28Especially if she's not quite on the same level, you enjoyed the date a lot more than she did.
00:34But hey, she could have still enjoyed the date.
00:36Just don't come across too strongly if you follow up with a letter or text message saying you enjoyed the date.
00:42Definitely don't send a letter.
00:43Another thing you should not do after a first date is send her a thank you.
00:47Don't thank her for the date.
00:48This will definitely come across as needy and sound like you really haven't had any dates for a while.
00:52Which may be true, but you don't want to project that at her.
00:55Don't be so grateful that a woman gave you a little bit of attention that you're willing to just throw yourself at her and push her away in the process.
