00:00I think the ancient spirits of evil would have a hard time deciding who's the more decayed form.
00:05Here's a look at the brand new Mattel Master Universe Thundercats, Skelra, the ever-living evil of Eternia.
00:30Skelra discovered the mysterious Black Pyramids in Eternia.
00:36Now, with the strength of Mumra granted to him by the ancient spirits of evil, Skelra, the ever-living, comes after the power of Greyskull, and he is more dangerous than ever before.
00:46I think Keldur's lived a long life. Thanks to Mumra, though, he's going to live a whole lot longer.
00:51Before, though, we get a close look at the brand new Master Universe Thundercats collab of Skelra.
00:56We're going to take the tape measure as we always do and see how tall the figure stands.
00:59Now, I haven't honestly had much luck finding these in the wild.
01:02From time to time, though, I've come across a figure here, a figure there.
01:06Not a figure everywhere, though.
01:08Because of that, though, they're going to be a little bit more sporadic when it comes to the reviews.
01:11I've got currently Chitara on order from Amazon, but it lasts a little couple of days.
01:17It says it's supposed to be delivered in the last four days, and yet still no sign of Chitara.
01:22Skelra, though, is going to stand at about seven inches in height.
01:25Maybe we would even say it's seven and a quarter.
01:27That's going to translate, though, to a figure that's 18 centimeters tall.
01:30Perhaps to give you a proper perspective of how much taller Skelra is next to a Master Universe Origins figure,
01:35we're going to go back to the basics and version one Skeletor.
01:38I don't know really who is uglier when you're looking at the two figures.
01:41Still, though, when you're looking at the two, you can't help but notice that Skelra is only going to go to the bicep of Skelra.
01:47In other collabs that Keldor has done, here's also what the figure looks like with Skeletor from the Master Universe Ninja Turtle line.
01:53And if Mumra really is the big baddie from the new Thundercuts collab, we also want to bring in the collabed character,
01:59the bad guy from the Ninja Turtle line.
02:00Here's what the figure looks like with that line's Shredder.
02:04Mumra is a mummy of many parts, and of those parts, the figure first includes an instruction sheet.
02:09Opening up the sheet, you'll only see it actually has two steps.
02:11The first step showing you what he looks like as Skelra, the second step as Mumra.
02:16Essentially, really, it is. The cape is going to stay the same, other than you just basically flip the cape around.
02:20That's why one is a little bit darker than the other.
02:22Let's put the sheet off to the side here. I'm sure we won't be keeping that.
02:26I'm not really sure, though, if I'm going to be keeping these.
02:28Generally, when we get these index cards, I tend to turf them, or I throw them in recycling.
02:33They're just, they're large. I mean, they're fine for at least the fact we got ourselves a pretty nice-looking, scary image of Skeletor,
02:38and an equally scary Mumra.
02:41What's cool, though, is they actually give you read-ups on both the characters.
02:44So if I actually show you what Skeletor looks like, if I get my thumb out of the way, you can read that for yourself.
02:49Got that? Hope so.
02:52Okay. And then, of course, you've got one here from Mumra.
02:55What's also really cool, though, is if you flip the cards around,
02:58providing, of course, you have them lining up,
03:00you actually can see what the two could look like when they're merging together.
03:03I'm not really sure, though, if they actually are merging,
03:05or just in the sense that Skeletor takes the powers of Mumra and becomes his own entity.
03:09So in that sense, you're not really technically taking the two characters and sandwiching them together,
03:14but that's still pretty cool.
03:17Maybe I'll hold on to these. I'll hold on to these for right now.
03:20The figure does also come and include some swappable parts.
03:22Now, getting this guy immediately out of his plastic prison,
03:25I wasn't really sure if he was breathing or not.
03:28He comes out of the packaging already as Skeletor.
03:31Then, if you want to change him to Mumra, you'd have to then take the parts of the armor off
03:35and then take off the skirting.
03:37We'll do all that.
03:38One thing, though, I did want to mention is that the cape is actually consisting of two parts.
03:43It either is red or it is more kind of this dark, bluish-black,
03:47depending on, again, how you want to have this displayed.
03:49Now, nothing is really necessarily telling you that you have to have this where Skeletor has the cape in red.
03:54It's just basically a case of flipping it around.
03:56If you actually look at the top here, there's pegs on the top and on the bottom.
04:00And if you look on the back of Skeletor's armor, then he has a hole here and a hole here.
04:04So the way they really designed it is that you can either attach the cape,
04:08twist it on, make a squeaky noise while you're doing it.
04:11You can have the cape about the same colors as armor.
04:13The only thing about that, though, is when you flip it around,
04:15obviously you can then be seeing the red cape.
04:17Or, again, you can just flip that around.
04:19It works the exact same way.
04:21Plugging these both in place for right now,
04:24they don't really have to necessarily serve the way as wings.
04:27If you wanted to, though, you can easily bring them up as wings.
04:29But if you bring them close enough together,
04:31boy, oh, boy, does that not look like a pretty good tattered-looking cape.
04:36The cape itself does finish off the look of the figure rather nicely.
04:39Unfortunately, really, that's the only accessories that are specific to Skeletor.
04:42All the other trinkets here, terrifying or otherwise, all really belong to Mumra.
04:47I do kind of wish this guy could have come in clear with a Havoc staff or something.
04:50Just with really only having the one weapon,
04:53which would be, of course, the Sword of Plundar,
04:55which happens to be right over here if I just kind of move Skeletor out of the way.
04:58That's the only thing he really has for a weapon.
05:00So at least as a stand-in, Skeletor or Skele-Ra gets something at least to hold.
05:05But it really isn't necessarily something that belongs to Skeletor.
05:08If you want to put this in his hands, though,
05:10because, again, like he's using the exact same hands from Mumra or Skeletor,
05:14basically just clip them in his hands,
05:15and at least he has himself a weapon to wield.
05:18I guess he could really use the argument if he's getting these powers from the pyramids,
05:21then possibly even really the weapon of Plundar would also belong to him as well.
05:26Let's take this off.
05:27We'll take maybe perhaps the capes off, too.
05:31The one thing I did notice, though, about the cape,
05:33it causes an issue with always this armor detaching.
05:37So basically what it is, is the armor has a square rectangular peg,
05:41and it fits obviously into the square or rectangular hole.
05:45Pinching the two together as best you can kind of does an okay job of holding the armor,
05:49but every then time you move Skeletor's head around,
05:52I always find like the armor gets really loose.
05:54Getting a closer look now at Skele-Ra's face,
05:58I get somewhat kind of the reminding images of Skeletor,
06:02the way he looks from the Master Universe 80s live-action film.
06:04Very much a live-action Skeletor.
06:07The face looks good.
06:08I like that they've actually added these little red dollops of pupils right in the middles there.
06:13It does look like his face does have this kind of nice glowing yellow to it.
06:17It's not really quite really the same color that they've used for the horns.
06:20I'm kind of confused that they would have not used the same color.
06:23I think like this color would have worked fine for the horns,
06:25but the horns actually seem more like kind of a fluorescent highlighter green.
06:30The head is actually, though, a separate piece from the hood,
06:33so you can still move the head around if you want.
06:35The only one thing you can't do, though, is you can't open and close the jaw.
06:38I do kind of wish the jaw could have been opened,
06:40or something could have been like a hinge in there,
06:42but I know that would have been additional tooling cost,
06:44and would have increased the cost of the figure.
06:47For his armor, it is sort of a collaboration,
06:49a combination of Skeletor's original armor.
06:52Bringing back in here, version 2 Skeletor,
06:54so you can kind of get an idea.
06:56The skirting is very similar.
06:57The way he actually has the little shoulder armor
07:00does look very similar also as well.
07:02The only thing that's different, though,
07:03is the Skeletor having the kind of bat motif on the top of his.
07:06He actually carries over the same Mamre ever-living symbol.
07:10I think it could have been cool if they could have found a way to collab.
07:13Now, I mean, really looking at this,
07:15let me just interrupt my train of thought.
07:17I would have said it would have been cool
07:18if they could have found a way to incorporate, like,
07:20a snake's symbol and Mamre's symbol.
07:23But really, though, when you're looking at it,
07:24it does technically already have two serpents.
07:27I guess it's already having to do with snakes anyways.
07:30But the skirting looks good.
07:31I mean, it's a nice little additional attention to detail.
07:34I like that they've added some nice gold in there.
07:35The gold carries over well to the top of his bandolier,
07:38his armor as well.
07:39Underneath that, though, he actually just has a regular loincloth.
07:42You can see the way it's sculpted there.
07:44Actually, really, it's not as even sculpted in fur either.
07:47It looks like it's just completely smooth.
07:49Now, in order to kind of get everything going here
07:52for stripping down the armor,
07:53what you'll have to do is you have to take off this armor piece here.
07:57You'll have to slide off the skirting down below,
07:59and then you'll also have to take off Skeletor's head.
08:01The articulation is going to retain the same,
08:03whether you want to have this figure displayed as Skeletor or as Mamre.
08:07One thing that's kind of always really weird, though,
08:09when you look at collaborations like this,
08:10is you kind of think to yourself, like,
08:12how much of that property had to be combined with the existing property?
08:17When I look at a character like Skeletor,
08:19the first thing I kind of thought to myself was,
08:21did Skeletor could have not worked better
08:24as being his own standalone character?
08:26Why I use that argument, though,
08:28is I'll just put Skeletor down for a second,
08:30and I bring in Skeletor from the Master Universe Ninja Turtle line.
08:34Now, if you're looking at him and you're looking at Shredder,
08:36they were two unique, distinct characters.
08:39It wasn't a case necessarily where Skeletor and Shredder combined together.
08:44I don't really know what name Shredder.
08:46I'm sure you probably could have come up with something more clever than that.
08:49But the point, though, is that they were separate characters.
08:52Yet with Skeletor and Mamre,
08:54they're essentially occupying the same figure release.
08:57I really rather would have had them as separate
08:59and then had maybe a deluxe version of Mamre,
09:02a deluxe version of Skeletor.
09:03But again, anybody could have looked at this and also said to themselves,
09:05well, you could technically really buy just then two figures,
09:09and then you would just have them respectively displayed on your shelf that way.
09:12And you know that you're right.
09:13You're right.
09:14I mean, that's one way.
09:14You just simply buy another figure,
09:16and you'd have one as Skeletor,
09:17Skelra,
09:18and then one as Mamre.
09:20Needless to say, though,
09:21if you want to change out the component pieces of Skelra,
09:24the first thing you will want to do, though,
09:25is just detach the armor.
09:27The first time you've already done this,
09:28it's going to be easy every time after that.
09:30So basically, you just slide this off.
09:32And I guess really, too,
09:34you could also bring up his arms,
09:37slide this up his arms that way,
09:38or you can also just slide them down.
09:40This might also be the easiest way, too.
09:42Just slide them all the way down his legs like that.
09:45And then for his skirting,
09:47the easiest thing I find is kind of crack him like a lobster tail.
09:50Take off the bottom skirt for Skelra
09:52because you're not going to use that anymore.
09:53And then what you're going to do is
09:56then you're going to have this piece here.
09:57This is going to be the part for Mamre.
10:00So essentially what it is,
10:01sorry, as I'm leaving half the state of Skeletor,
10:04I'm going to just put him down here for a second.
10:06For the parts, though, of Mamre,
10:07you get basically the bandage pieces.
10:09So this is the part that's going to go around his waist.
10:11These are using kind of a translucent white plastic.
10:14This is going to essentially go around his waist.
10:16This is going to go over the front of his torso,
10:18and then his head's going to go on top of that.
10:20Does that make sense?
10:21I hope that makes sense.
10:22Of course, you also got the skirting there
10:23too for Mamre.
10:24Soft plastic for that.
10:26And then you also have yourself a bandage
10:29that's going to wrap around his arm.
10:31Based at least on the instructions.
10:33The instructions specifically say
10:34it has to go around the arm.
10:34I'm sure you probably could put this
10:36around his leg as well.
10:37But I'm going to follow the instructions.
10:38They're there for a reason.
10:40So this is going to go over top of his arm.
10:41And then, of course, the last thing
10:42he's also going to come and include with
10:43is a really neat looking Mamre head.
10:46Boy, oh boy, that's really cool.
10:48Okay, with that all in mind,
10:49let's kind of build ourselves Mamre.
10:51So we're going to take the skirting here.
10:53We're going to slide that in place.
10:54We're also going to take the torso here.
10:56And really, though, we don't need
10:58Skeletor's head anymore.
10:59Just to show you what the Skeletor head
11:00looked like before we take that off.
11:03Very much does it not look like
11:05a live-action Skeletor.
11:07Very cool head, though.
11:09Let's pop that off at least for right now.
11:12And we're going to take this piece here.
11:14So essentially what that is
11:15is just kind of lift it up.
11:17Tuck this, though, around the waist
11:19and then fit that over the top of the torso.
11:22Kind of like that.
11:24Take this piece, take this piece
11:25and snap the two together.
11:28And you kind of want to make sure
11:29it's secure enough on there.
11:30One thing, though, is with having
11:31all this extra skirting,
11:33kind of want to make sure,
11:34also want to make sure,
11:35do I have it facing the right way?
11:37I don't think it really matters.
11:39I don't really think it matters.
11:40Maybe it does,
11:41but we're going to snap it on
11:42the way that we have it.
11:44That has to snap in place.
11:46This is really, honestly,
11:47the hardest thing to do with Mumra
11:48is just making sure
11:49everything attaches securely
11:50because the last thing
11:51you really want to do.
11:52Okay, I think that's all on there.
11:54Take as well the bandages.
11:56We'll kind of wrap them up his arm.
11:58And we've almost got Mumra transformed.
12:01Get everything on there.
12:03There goes the legs.
12:03I knew the legs would be an issue.
12:06Bear with me
12:07as I just pick up everything here.
12:08I honestly really feel like
12:11the pegs need to be
12:12a little bit longer
12:13or just that I'm not
12:15attaching it securely enough.
12:17But it's the one issue
12:17I kind of really have
12:18when it comes to transforming Mumra.
12:20I find like the lower half of his body
12:21just doesn't stay properly in place.
12:23Sorry about that.
12:23It's so much easier, actually,
12:24if you just take a little bit of time,
12:26feed down the skirt.
12:28And then if you actually
12:29get in your finger,
12:30I'm sorry,
12:31I have all the place to put that.
12:32Just kind of put your finger in there
12:33and push the peg.
12:34And now it's not going to be
12:35going anywhere.
12:37Okay, so with Mumra's
12:38mostly made,
12:40we can take ourselves now the cape.
12:41Now the cape,
12:42you can do whatever
12:42you really want with it.
12:43You can either have it facing
12:44the way that we had it
12:45before with Skelra.
12:46But for me,
12:47I'm going to flip this around
12:48so now it's in red.
12:50Now even though he lost the armor,
12:51he still gains those pegs.
12:52Those pegs are on the back.
12:53You'll see right here.
12:54So we're going to take our cape
12:56because again,
12:57it has the pegs on both sides.
12:59It plugs in on one side.
13:01There we go.
13:02And it plugs in on the other.
13:05Now if anyone was to really ask me,
13:07not that anybody really is,
13:08but if you were though
13:10to ask which way
13:11I'll end up displaying Mumra
13:12on the shelf,
13:13it's honestly the way
13:14you're looking at it right now.
13:15Skelra looks cool and all,
13:18but the same way really though,
13:19I'd like to have Shredder
13:20as being the big guy
13:21that's displayed on my shelf.
13:22If there was a way
13:23like where Skeletor
13:24and Shredder
13:25were combined together,
13:26I honestly would have
13:27displayed them
13:27rather than Shredder.
13:29With Mumra though,
13:30again,
13:30like all the Thundercats
13:31aren't really necessarily
13:32combining characters
13:33between the Masters
13:35and the Thunders.
13:36So we're not necessarily
13:36getting a Lino and He-Man
13:38where the two are mixed together.
13:39We're distinctly having a He-Man
13:41and we're distinctly
13:42having ourselves a Lino.
13:43For that reason,
13:44I would likely display him
13:46as Mumra.
13:47And I have really no interest
13:48in displaying him as Skelra
13:49unless I pick up a second figure.
13:51Twist my rubber arm.
13:53Though for the look of Mumra,
13:54very much classic to the cartoons.
13:57They really haven't done much
13:58where they've reinvented
13:59the character at all.
14:01Where though,
14:01you could have kind of said
14:02looked like looking at Shredder.
14:04Shredder does have
14:05a lot of influence
14:06from the Masters.
14:07So his armor
14:07wouldn't be necessarily
14:08something that he would have
14:09looked this way
14:10in the New York streets.
14:11But it certainly does look
14:12like something you'd expect
14:13from a Master Universe line.
14:15Mumra doesn't necessarily
14:16have that.
14:16There's nothing really
14:17like looking at the figure
14:18that I say to myself
14:20that distinctly looks like
14:22something from
14:22Master Universe.
14:23In fact,
14:24it actually just looks
14:24like a smaller,
14:25almost Thundercats
14:26classics line.
14:28Of course,
14:28he still has
14:28the serpent motif there.
14:30Now,
14:30the serpents
14:31are actually printed
14:31on his chest
14:33rather than something
14:34that's sculpted.
14:35These arms,
14:35again,
14:36would just remain the same.
14:37I mean,
14:37nothing really at all
14:38is changing down below.
14:38Even like his lower boots
14:39or the guards
14:40that he has
14:41in front of his legs
14:42carried over
14:42from Skelbra, too.
14:43Nothing gets changed there.
14:44Still has little furry parts
14:46on tops of his feet.
14:47Yeah,
14:48it's a good looking
14:49Mumra.
14:49I'm just going to decide
14:50to keep this guy
14:51on the shelf
14:51as you see right now.
14:52Now,
14:53for the figure's articulation,
14:54despite being the size
14:55that he is,
14:56he has pretty much
14:57the Moe 2
14:58standard articulation.
15:00So the figure's
15:00going to have a ball joint.
15:01So again,
15:01you can move the head
15:02back and forth,
15:03up and down,
15:03really quite a lot.
15:04Doesn't know
15:05open and close his mouth.
15:06You can't do anything
15:07really with that.
15:07The figure does have
15:08a waist swivel.
15:09It's a little cumbersome
15:10because there's so much
15:11happening down below here,
15:12but at least it's
15:13staying in place.
15:14I mean,
15:14now I really have to
15:15kind of work
15:15to separate the two.
15:17The arms do rotate
15:18all the way around,
15:19and you can,
15:20of course,
15:20hinge them back and forth,
15:21too.
15:22Single hinge
15:22only for the elbows,
15:23and that's obviously
15:24on both sides.
15:25So you only have a hinge there,
15:26but it allows at least
15:27the forearm to rotate
15:28back and forth.
15:28The hands as well
15:29rotate all the way around
15:31with a hinge
15:31back and forth there,
15:32too.
15:33Legs split it,
15:34and that's as far,
15:34really,
15:34as they do split.
15:35You can move them forward
15:36by only just a little bit.
15:38Also move them back,
15:39but only just a little bit there.
15:40Single hinge for the knee.
15:42I couldn't help it
15:42though,
15:42notice on the knee
15:43for my mumra,
15:44he is a little loose.
15:46That's disappointing
15:46getting him out
15:47of the packaging.
15:48I only really had
15:48this guy in the packaging
15:49for less than really an hour,
15:51and already you can see
15:52he's a little loose there.
15:54He has a swivel there
15:55essentially because the boot cut
15:56or the guard on front
15:58of his leg
15:58is a separate piece.
16:00Technically,
16:00too,
16:01you can also pull
16:01these parts off.
16:03Not that I really
16:04should be pulling them off
16:05now,
16:05but just to show you
16:06that you could pull them
16:07off in theory
16:08and swap them around
16:09with other figures as well.
16:10So like the swappability
16:11options are still there
16:13whether mumra is a
16:14smaller figure or not.
16:16Got the swivel there
16:16for the boots
16:17or again that guard
16:18and ankle pivot up and down
16:20and ankle rocker
16:21back and forth
16:21with the toe articulation
16:22underneath.
16:24Unfortunately,
16:24though,
16:24by building mumra,
16:25I've now left myself
16:26all these extra parts
16:27of what am I going to do
16:28now with extra parts
16:29for Skeletor?
16:31I mean,
16:31I guess like if you're
16:32looking at the armor,
16:33the armor I'm sure
16:34could probably be repurposed
16:36and maybe displayed
16:37with another Skeletor.
16:38Now,
16:38I've got a couple
16:39of the version 2 Skeletors.
16:42Maybe I could find a way
16:43to kind of use the armor,
16:44the existing armor
16:45that he came with
16:45for Skeletor
16:46and maybe have that for...
16:48Should we try that?
16:49Okay,
16:49let's give it a try.
16:51Just more out of curiosity
16:52than anything else.
16:53I'm going to just pop
16:54the head off here.
16:55There we go.
16:56I think that's been
16:57the first time
16:57I've actually removed
16:58the armor here
16:59for Skeletor.
17:00Just going to pull
17:00these off.
17:02I mean,
17:02you're curious.
17:03I'm curious.
17:04So if we're both curious,
17:05let's figure this out together.
17:07So we're just going to
17:07take the armor off
17:08here for Skeletor.
17:10The body is clearly
17:11going to be big anyways,
17:12but let's just see
17:13how big it actually is.
17:15Take the new armor
17:16for Skeletor.
17:17Fit that over top
17:18of his body.
17:18Oh,
17:18I guess really
17:19we need ourselves a head.
17:21And we'll just
17:21get the head on there.
17:23There we go.
17:24Hey,
17:24that doesn't look that bad.
17:25Get the armor on here.
17:30There we go.
17:30Oh,
17:31did I do this?
17:31I should have
17:32popped the torso off.
17:34We're going to kind of
17:34keep the loincloth on
17:35for right now at least.
17:37Get that on there.
17:38It's loose.
17:39I mean,
17:39we all really know
17:40it's going to be loose anyways
17:41because it's using the,
17:42it's using armor really
17:43that's intended
17:43for a bigger body.
17:45But I guess,
17:45yeah,
17:46I mean,
17:46it looks really silly,
17:48but I guess if you wanted to
17:48and you have to find a place
17:49to put the other parts,
17:51boy,
17:52that's a lot of Ps.
17:52I guess you probably
17:53could use it with another
17:54Massive Universe Origins figure.
17:55It's just going to look
17:56a little roomy.
17:57That's all.
17:58I think in the end though,
17:59I still,
18:00I mean,
18:00your personal preference varying.
18:02I would rather really just have
18:03Skeletor displayed as Mumra
18:05because again,
18:06like if you're,
18:07if you're going to be getting
18:07the Thundercats figures,
18:08it seems really again strange
18:10of taking two characters,
18:11two distinct characters,
18:12two distinct baddies
18:13and merging them together
18:15and getting yourself
18:16one entity.
18:17I feel really again,
18:18like Skeletor should have
18:19really been a separate piece,
18:20a separate figure release
18:21and then Mumra would have been
18:23its own figure.
18:24But again,
18:25like I can understand
18:26why anybody would have said,
18:27well,
18:27dude,
18:27really,
18:28they're selling them
18:28as essentially a figure
18:30that you can make
18:30into two separate ones
18:31and I get that.
18:32So if all the more reason,
18:33if you already had planned
18:34to pick up one,
18:35you might find yourself
18:36actually picking up
18:37a second one
18:37just so that you can have
18:38Skeletor displayed
18:39and Mumra displayed
18:40at the exact same time.
18:43Getting Mumra equipped
18:44with the Sword of Plundar,
18:46getting also frustrated,
18:47not with the Sword of Plundar
18:48not fitting me,
18:49but the fact that
18:50the availability on these
18:51is just again impossible.
18:53Canadian stores
18:54just forget about it altogether.
18:56The go-to sites
18:56of where I normally
18:57would buy Masters from,
18:58like Big Bad Toy Store,
18:59Entertainment Earth,
19:00have nothing.
19:01They have pre-orders,
19:02but the pre-orders
19:03haven't even been fulfilled yet.
19:05I think most of the listings
19:06have shown August
19:07as being the release dates
19:08for these.
19:09I know there's a lot
19:09of US collectors
19:10that have already had their hands
19:11on a lot of the Thundercats figures.
19:13I haven't had
19:14as much of the luck.
19:15Again, sprinkling in there,
19:16here and there,
19:17I found a Mumra
19:18and I found Chitara,
19:19but like the whereabouts
19:20even of Chitara
19:21ordering her from Amazon,
19:23it said that she was
19:24supposed to come on one day.
19:25Then that day,
19:26it said she was going
19:27to be coming the next day.
19:28Sure enough, though,
19:29I go to look
19:30at the listing again
19:30and now it says,
19:32we're sorry it hasn't arrived yet.
19:34We basically are just telling you
19:35we have no idea
19:36where this thing's going to be.
19:37So I have no ideas
19:38even if Chitara
19:39is going to show up.
19:40I might try to find
19:41if I can see
19:41if I can get her somewhere else,
19:43but just,
19:43I really feel like Mattel,
19:45in order to make these available
19:46for all collectors,
19:47not US,
19:48not Canadian,
19:48but all collectors,
19:50just make them
19:50more readily stocked
19:51in stores
19:52so that collectors
19:53like myself
19:53don't have to try
19:54to source them out
19:55on places online
19:56and pay a fortune
19:57to get their hands on them.
19:59Now,
19:59when it comes to
20:00certainly Skelra
20:01and Mumra,
20:02you can choose for yourself
20:03which way to have them displayed.
20:04It's kind of really weird,
20:05though,
20:06that the merging
20:06of the properties,
20:07the collaboration
20:08of Masters
20:09and Thundercats
20:09yielded a figure
20:11that actually is
20:12an armor
20:13kind of replacement swap.
20:15So if you want
20:15to have them as Skelra,
20:16you have to take
20:17the armor off of Mumra
20:18and if you want
20:19to have them obviously
20:19as Mumra,
20:20you just rinse and repeat.
20:22When we have had looked at
20:24like the Master Universe
20:25Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles,
20:26you clearly had a Shredder
20:28and you clearly had a Skeletor.
20:29It's kind of really weird,
20:30though,
20:30that they're doing
20:31something different
20:31with the Thundercats line.
20:33For me,
20:33I'm going to be displaying
20:34this guy as Mumra.
20:35He looks,
20:36first of all,
20:36better as Mumra
20:37than he does as Skelra.
20:38Plus two.
20:39If I'm going to have a Lion-O,
20:40I'm going to have a Panthro,
20:41I'm going to have
20:41all the Thundercats,
20:43I would really like
20:43to have them being
20:44battling a Mumra.
20:46There's not really much
20:46on Mumra that shows
20:47for me like a
20:48Master Universe line.
20:49I mean,
20:50looking at this guy
20:51from head to toe,
20:52not even the loincloth
20:53really reads as Masters.
20:55This could easily be
20:55a stand-in for Mumra
20:57if you're just collecting
20:58Thundercats figures as a whole,
20:59providing, of course,
21:00they're of the proper
21:01size and scale.
21:02But what do you guys
21:02think of Skelra?
21:03Let me know down below

21:09displaying him as Skelra
