00:15The detention order identified her as Isha Queen B. Joseph,
00:19the second in command of the resistance gang,
00:22and listed her as the love interest of Robert Armand Paul, a detainee at Stoblesby.
00:28Earlier this month, a detention order was issued for Nisha Ramkisun, also known as Hoagie.
00:34She was also listed as a love interest of Paul.
00:37Joseph's order is one of 19, signed by Homeland Security Minister Roger Alexander,
00:42and gazetted on August 19.
00:44The orders were signed between July 31 and August 15.
00:49Joseph, the order said, has operational control and leadership of the resistance gang,
00:54and was identified as a trusted member of the gang who is planning, directing, procuring,
01:01and supervising gang activity.
01:04Joseph is alleged to have been recorded as giving instructions to gang enforcers
01:09to carry out coordinated assassinations of targeted officers.
01:14It is also alleged that she has provided finances
01:16and high-powered rifles for distribution to gang shooters,
01:21and was recorded as having an integral role in the carrying out of a recent kidnapping,
01:26and is a central figure in a planned series of imminent kidnappings
01:29of several identified members of the business community.
