00:00Tobago Police are investigating two reported robbery incidents in Tobago between Wednesday night and Thursday morning.
00:08In the first instance, a 52-year-old estate constable and a 35-year-old female estate constable, both employed with Dominion Security Services,
00:20were robbed while on duty at the Patients Hill Government Primary School by two armed men on Wednesday night.
00:27Police reports state at around 10.38 p.m. on Wednesday, the two security guards were on duty at the Patients Hill Government Primary School
00:36when two men, one slim-built, light brown in complexion, wearing a red and blue sweater and in possession of a gun
00:45and the other slim-built, dark brown in complexion with a bandana covering his face,
00:51jumped over a wall, entered the security booth and pointed a gun at the guards.
00:57Cash and valuables were demanded. Both guards said they became fearful and handed over their phones, cash and other valuables.
01:06The men then made good their escape by running away.
01:09Officers of the Chilfenbrood CID and from the Chilfenbrood Police Station visited the scene and inquiries are continuing.
01:17In addition, on Thursday morning, police responded to a robbery at a house in Signal Hill, Tobago.
