00:00It feels fulfilling and I worked very hard to bring that vision to life and so to see the work
00:07being recognized feels both humbling and motivational. I'm very proud of how far I've come
00:15and really excited for what the future holds. From the halls of Savannah College of Art
00:23and Design to the pages of Vogue Runway, Juliana Armando's name is already stitched into the fabric
00:30of the global fashion scene. My goal is a brand that is both conceptually strong and culturally
00:38resonant, one that blends innovation with meaningful storytelling and goes beyond aesthetics. I want to
00:46push the boundaries of identity, craftsmanship and sustainability to create something that is
00:54everlasting within the global fashion landscape. Her senior thesis collection stood out for its
01:01bold creativity and landed her features in top fashion publications including Essence and Fashionista.
01:10Now set to pursue graduate studies in luxury brand management,
01:15she sees it as a step toward mastering the business of fashion. My next big project
01:22is to pursue my graduate studies. I will be focusing on the business side of fashion
01:28so that I can become a more well-rounded design professional. I think it's really important for me
01:36to blend the creativity with strategic thinking so that I can really build something that will last.
01:42From Tobago to the world, Juliana Armando's is showing that island-born creativity knows
01:51no borders. Elizabeth Williams, TV6 News.
