00:00We certainly are able to stand proud and tall as a nation on an excellent track
00:11record of safety from Caribbean Airlines. So of course we anticipate that this
00:19incident will be investigated as to the cause of it and of course this follows
00:24from another incident with the front wheel being off on another aircraft a
00:32few days ago so therefore it seems that there's something happening that needs
00:37to be dealt with. Mr. George said he is confident Caribbean Airlines would treat
00:43with the matter as there is a general track record of safety. We however urge
00:48them to keep being vigilant and diligent and monitoring their processes
00:55practices and procedures to ensure that it's always safety first. George then
01:03heaped praises on Caribbean Airlines for an overall improved service on the
01:08airbridge. From a business perspective that we are pleased to see improved
01:14service between the Trinidad and Tobago route on Caribbean Airlines. I think the
01:20management of Caribbean Airlines has to be commended and given praise for their
01:25efforts in ensuring smooth transitions even at peak periods. Christmas, Carnival
01:32which is upon us now we also saw for the Tobago Carnival you know they really
01:38stepped up their game and we must give praise and kudos where it is due.
01:43According to Caribbean Airlines the aircraft has since been taken out of
01:48rotation. Elizabeth Williams TV6 News.
