Shamfa Cudjoe-Lewis is the PNM candidate for Tobago West and the holder of the present seat, but this did not stop Tobago People's Party (TPP) ground troops from their walkabout in Tobago West, as candidate Joel Sampson intends to grab the seat from the PNM, for the upcoming general elections.

Elizabeth Williams has been following this new development which occurred in Bethel and has this report.
