Transcript
00:00Mr. Augustine made the announcement of nominees for the TPP for Tobago East and West
00:06during a Tobago Morning Show on Friday. So in Tobago West, we have two nominees.
00:13At this point, we have Mr. Trevor James, who is currently the representative for
00:21Scarborough-Montgomery. And we also have Barry Andrew Nelson, a former Assistant Commissioner
00:28of Police, a Fire Officer, and a former Assemblyman are all in the running,
00:34with the lone female nominee being the Chairman of the party and Natasha Second for Tobago East.
00:40In Tobago East, the nominees that we have so far in Tobago East are William Nurse,
00:48former Assistant Commissioner of Police, Mr. William Nurse. We also have a former Deputy
00:56Chief Fire Officer, David Joseph Thomas. We have as well Mr. Max Albert James. Max is a former
01:09Assemblyman, I think between 1996 and 2001. Not that it matters, but he's also the sibling of
01:17Mr. Trevor James. We have as another nominee in Tobago East, Mr. Anselm Dobson Richards,
01:26originally out of Bell Gardens as a nominee. And then we also have a former head of the Forestry
01:35Department, known for his tour guide from out of Louisville, Mr. William Trim. Screening is set
01:43for two days next week, Tuesday and Wednesday, and Mr. Augustine is confident of a TPP victory
01:50at the polls. Screening tends to be Tuesday and Wednesday next week. We'll try to see if we can do
01:56all in one go. I'll be hearing back from all the action groups. They have the prescribed forms that
02:03they are reporting to the political leader on, and I should get those back by the end of this weekend.
