00:14was at her home at Windward Main Road, Argyle Tobago, when she heard two loud explosions.
00:20Upon checking, she observed Mitchell, also known as Daddy T, lying on the ground downstairs

00:27He was unresponsive and was later confirmed dead at the scene by the district medical

00:33Sources indicate Mr. Mitchell was the intended target back in August, when Dr. Ian Parson
00:40on James was shot outside Pablo's supermarket in Argyle Tobago.
00:45The young doctor was at the time waiting in a vehicle and used her body to shield her
00:50daughter when gunshots rang out.
00:53Sanmarie Mitchell said her son received a call early this morning before he was shot.
