00:00 It was a relief to know that after all these years we have been vindicated of being so
00:05 aggressive and we are accused of being so much that we have done wrong.
00:11 Thank God for Mrs. that we have been vindicated and we are found not guilty.
00:16 The lawyers in the case were Thomas Cunningham for Andy Cunningham, Attorney Sheldon Prescott
00:22 for Dave Chambers and Attorney Ulrich Skerritt for Kurt Baird and Imran Mohammed.
00:29 It doesn't matter the fact that we have been charged for something that we have not done
00:32 and to know that everybody has castigated us for being wrong but thank God we are free
00:37 today.
00:38 Dave Chambers told the TV6 News that it has been 18 and a half years in coming but justice
00:45 was served in the matter.
00:47 I feel vindicated of the charge that has been brought against us over the last 18 and a
00:53 half years for a 20 year old matter.
00:57 So I think that justice is actually served and we have a very good judicial system in
01:04 place in the country.
01:06 In my opinion I think we have very good experienced magistrates and judges and I think that they
01:14 need to be complimented.
01:16 The charges of assault occasioning actual bodily harm arose following the execution
01:22 of a search warrant in the Lambeau area brought by Trevino Marcel, Zaki Lord who is now deceased
01:29 and Casey Bruce who is today incarcerated for murder.
