Jet ski operator Ashworth Burnett was denied bail when he appeared in court in Tobago on Wednesday charged with manslaughter.

00:24Angelica, a student of San Fernando TML Primary School, died at the Scarborough General Hospital.
00:31Her family has called for justice in the case.
00:34The investigator, Sergeant Jonas, met with the Director of Public Prosecutions on July 23rd
00:40and was advised to charge the jet ski operator who had been previously released by police.
00:47The man was rearrested on Monday and appeared in court on Wednesday.
