00:00In this video, I will show you how to download apps on an Asus laptop.
00:05To do this from your desktop, the first thing you're going to want to do
00:08is come down to your search box in the taskbar at the bottom.
00:12And in the search box, you want to type store
00:13and then open up the Microsoft Store underneath best match.
00:17So the Microsoft Store is like an app store.
00:19So this is where you can come to download apps on your Asus laptop.
00:22What you can do is come over to the menu on the left hand side,
00:26click onto apps and see all the apps available,
00:28which you can download.
00:30So what you can do is scroll through.
00:32You can see we've got some different categories as well.
00:34For example, productivity apps, entertainment apps,
00:37and there's a ton of different categories here.
00:39Or if there's an app you're looking for in particular,
00:42what you can do is use the search box at the top
00:44and search for the app that you want to download.
00:47So for example, let's take Spotify.
00:49Now, once you find the app that you want to download,
00:51give it a click to be taken to the app page
00:53and you're going to see a blue install or get button.
00:57Give that a click and what that's going to do
00:59is download and install the app on your Asus laptop.
01:02And as you can see, you're going to get a confirmation
01:05saying that the app has been installed.
01:07So what you can do is click the blue open button from here
01:10or alternatively from your desktop,
01:12use your search box again at the bottom,
01:14type the name of the app
01:15and you're going to see it come up underneath best match.
01:18And then of course, just click it to open the app up.
01:21So that is how to download apps on your Asus laptop.
