00:00In this video, I will show you how to fix if the Roblox app is not loading games on your
00:05PC.
00:06Now, to get started, if you do have the app opened, what you want to do is close this down.
00:10You also want to make sure this is closed down fully.
00:12So if you actually right-click onto your taskbar and then click onto Task Manager,
00:17once you've done that, come up to the search box at the top.
00:19And in here, you want to type Roblox.
00:21And if anything's coming up, like the game client, just click onto it and then click onto End Task.
00:26And that's going to completely close down Roblox.
00:28Now, once you've done that, what you want to do is come down to your search box in the taskbar
00:33at the bottom.
00:33And in here, you want to type run and then open up run underneath best match.
00:38What that's going to do is open up the run box in the bottom left-hand corner.
00:42Into this box, you want to type the following, which is a percent symbol followed by local app data or
00:48one word.
00:49And then another percent symbol and then click OK.
00:52So what this is going to do is open up your local folders and files.
00:56So this is basically like temporary internet files and cache files.
00:58And from here, you want to find the Roblox folder.
01:01So all these folders are going to be in alphabetical order.
01:04So if you just scroll down until you get to R, you should see a folder named Roblox.
01:09Now, what you want to do is click to select the folder.
01:12And then if you come up and click the trash can icon at the top, what that's going to do
01:15is delete this folder.
01:17As I mentioned, don't worry, it doesn't contain any safe data or anything.
01:20It's literally just temporary and internet cache files.
01:23And once you've done that, you can close this down.
01:25So what you need to do now is actually launch a new internet browser.
01:29And once you've done that, you want to come across to roblox.com.
01:32What you then want to do is log into your account.
01:35And once you're logged in, all you need to do is launch any experience.
01:39So I'm just going to click onto this one.
01:41Click the play button and you're going to see this pop up.
01:44So it's going to ask to open Roblox.
01:45Give it a click and then click the download Roblox button that comes up.
01:49What I'm going to do is download the Roblox installer.
01:52And once this is finished, what you can do is run the installer.
01:55So you can see it's just running through and installing.
01:58And once it's finished installing, it's going to automatically launch the Roblox player app, as you can see.
02:03And now if we click play, we should now be able to jump in and the game should now load
02:07successfully.
02:08So that's how to fix if the Roblox app is not loading games on your PC.
