There's always a reason to run.

And this time we aren't running from the dogs but running with them.

As the Total K9 Experience which is an organisation for K9 trainers in South Trinidad, staged their inaugural 5K and 2K run on Saturday.

The event was themed Palmiste Boulervard 5K Challenge, and it indeed was a challenge as the course incorporated a few hills.

And over 10 different breeds were participants in the 2K dog Dash, before closing off with a K9 Obedience and protection demonstration.
