The fight is on!

But we are not the ones doing the fighting thankfully.

However, trained warriors will step into the ring on Saturday night at Rabz Seven.

It's a full night of action featuring two title bouts, along with a mix of Caribbean rivalry and a chance to see T&T boxer Tianna Guy in action again.

00:00So what I would like to say is that I've been around the world, Korea, Denmark, Germany, I've seen the best he will have had to offer.
00:07There's nothing that he can do that I have never seen before, absolutely nothing.
00:12And there's nothing that he can do to prepare for me, absolutely nothing.
00:16And I will make no apology in saying that.
00:18The gauntlet was thrown down ahead of Rab 7 as Nicholas Elliott made it clear he has all it takes to seize the middleweight title in an all-local main event come Saturday night.
00:28But the defending champion Leshawn Moreno was totally unfazed.
00:58I keep doing these things that I'm not supposed to do.
01:01So how can I not be confident?
01:03However, that's just one of many exciting fights on offer for Rab 7.
01:08So Rab 7 will be taking part on Saturday, 24th of May at 7pm at Soundforge.
01:13And it's a landmark moment for us being our biggest fight night to date.
01:18From the last three years, we've been hosting fights since June 2022.
01:24So there'll be nine kickboxing bouts including two championship title fights and a marquee Trinidad vs Jamaica clash.
01:31And we have our Jamaican here, Cheyenne Blake.
01:35As mentioned, the Jamaican will be involved in the second title fight for the open welterweight title against TNT's Ronaldo Diaz.
01:42However, Blake was thankful to see the sport picking up once again.
01:46Coming from Jamaica, I must say thanks for putting this on.
01:51We know combat sports took a hit when COVID came.
01:54So it's good to see promotions bringing it back.
01:56Whether it is boxing, kickboxing, mixed martial arts.
01:59And there's a lot of guys waiting back home for me to bring home the belt and just to have the opportunity as well to expand the horizons here and fight in Rab.
02:07So from Jamaica, I want to say thanks for putting it on and bringing me out here.
02:12And it's a great show.
02:14And after not fighting at home in several years, TNT's professional boxer Tiana Guy would take on Stephanie Allen in a bantamweight kickboxing match that almost never materialized.
02:24We started the initial offer at a $7,000 purse, which is unheard of in Trinidad combat sports.
02:33At least we really get that amount of money for fights.
02:37And from there, the price just kept going up.
02:40We offered accommodation, we offered medicals, we offered meals.
02:44And nobody was interested except Stephanie, which I keep saying I'm super grateful for.
02:49Because if it wasn't for her and Rab's, we wouldn't have this conversation here.
02:54All that's left to know now is how you can enjoy the excitement at Rab's 7.
02:58The only thing left would be general tickets.
03:01And you could get those either at the Lost Tribe Mass Camp.
03:04You get your physical tickets there.
03:05You get your E-tickets on, Island E-tickets.
03:08Or you can visit our affiliated gyms such as HitFit Gym, Ruffers Training Center, Edson Breedy Athletics, where we're hosting now.
03:14Starlight Plaza Gym, via Tyler Neptune, another competing fighter.
03:19And Evolution Fitness Gym in Chaguanas.
03:22Terrence Clark, TV6 Sport.
