T&T had a busy day on day-two.

As two runner book spot into the semifinals of their events.

Jaden Clement made the 400 meter semis but bowed out with an injury in the first semifinal.

Meanwhile Cheyne West secured a spot in the men's 400 meter hurdles.

00:05Jenny Marie Thomas was the first on the track in the women's 400 hurdles but failed to advance

00:13Dorian Charles was the first of two TNT runners in the men's 400 hurdles but just missed out
00:18on qualification as he finished 4th in Heat 2.
00:21Cheney West was luckier in Heat 5 as he ran a personal best of 52.18 seconds to squeeze
00:27into Friday's semifinals.
00:29So they're separated by almost the whole width of the track but it is going to be Finland
00:341, USA 2 and just on the line Algeria 3rd.
00:41There was good news in the men's 400 as Jaden Clement finished 3rd in 47.63 in Heat 5.
00:48So it's Japan, Shirahata, then Guyana, Malakai, Austin and on the line maybe just the Nigerian
00:57Caleb Joshua but it will go to a photo for the third spot.
01:01But Kyrill Thomas couldn't join Clement as he finished 6th in 48.02 in Heat 6.
