The CARIFTA Trials is on this coming weekend. It's an important event for local sprinters hoping to make the trip for the CARIFTA Games in Grenada. The 200 meters is sure to bring that main event feel. Here are some of the contenders to look out for as they warmed up in the fourth developmental meet at the Hasely Crawford Stadium.

01:33It was a relaxing day otherwise for those in attendance in the shade.
01:37It was difficult for those sprinting though, as athletes in Section 6 faced a negative headwind of 2.1.
01:45In other races, sprinters ran into a headwind of minus 3.8, which would have negatively affected their times.

02:23Aidan Benjamin took Section 9 with the third fastest time overall, 22.64 seconds.
