00:08so now let's get started with working in lossless cut so now let's see how we can import video so
00:17in order to import a video and so I should go to file right here and then I'm going to

00:22open so once I do that I should navigate around onto the folder where the video is there so in
00:28this case I have videos on my first edit folder so I'm already here so I'm just going to click
00:33on
00:34the video and open it up so this is how you open up the video alternatively what you can do
00:40is you
00:40can navigate around onto the folder click and drag the video inside and here you can see that it says
00:46you open the file what do you want to do open the file instead of the current one or include
00:51all the
00:51tracks from the new file I'm just going to replace this out so open the file instead of the current
00:56one and then the video loads out just like that as you can see so let me just maximize this

01:02so now our video has been important so if you want to play out the video and see how it
01:09looks like you
01:09simply click on the play button right here and that's it that's how you play out the video just
01:14like this so you play you pause right here play and pause to see how the video looks like so
01:21the other
01:22option you have is to scrub out the video so you want to go on the beginning of the video
01:27you just
01:27click and drag this out just like this and you can see that you can scrub this out in the
01:32beginning or
01:32later just by using the mouse you can use this to actually go frame by frame as well just like
01:39this so
01:39you can be very very precise as you can see and just like that you have you can go on
01:43to the beginning
01:44or at the end as well we're going to talk about more of these tools later on as well so
01:49just like
01:50this you can scrub around play the video and preview the video out in the application and in
