00:10Adobe Acrobat Pro is a great tool to work with PDF documents.
00:14So over here you can see that once I open up Adobe Acrobat Pro, you can see that I have
00:19a recent file box right here.
00:22So if you have any recent file that's open, it'll show up right here.
00:25If I were to go on to send items, you'll be able to see sent items.
00:31So if you mail your files to someone else, you can see it here.
00:34You can get all the Adobe scan files over here on this pane right here.
00:38And you can access your stories through my computer.
00:42You can click on browse and open up any documents from over here.
00:46On the website, there's also document cloud.
00:48So if there's anything in cloud, it'll show up over here.
00:51And if you want to add an account for your Box, Dropbox, OneDrive or SharePoint account, you can actually add
00:58it from here.
00:59So that it's easy for you to access the files.
01:02Besides this, you can go over here.
01:03On the top, there's the menu bar.
01:05There's the file menu where you can create PDF from file and so forth.
01:09You also have the edit where you got options to check spellings and everything.
01:13The navigation for viewing windows and finally help.
01:16Over here, in order to start working, you can go to tools.
01:20And over here, you can see that you get access to the tools in Adobe Acrobat.
01:25So you have create PDF, combine files, organize, edit, export and so forth.
01:30And on the right side, you have access to the tools which makes it easy for editing PDFs.
01:37So over here, you can see that there's this icon right here, a triangular icon.
01:41If you want to click on it, it'll contract and it'll hide the tools as you can see.
01:46And if you want to click this again, this will appear back.
01:49So over here, now you can see that on the right side, there are some tools, but not all of
01:53them.
01:54So let's say I want to add something like index right here.
01:57So I can simply click on add and it'll pop up over here.
02:00And if I want to delete it, I can simply click this cross icon right here.
02:05I can do that with all of it.
02:06Send and drag, close, just like that.
02:08So you can just have the ones which are important to you.
02:12So let's create a document.
02:13So I'm going to go over here and to create a PDF.
02:16So I can simply click on that.
02:18And you can see that I can create single file, multiple file, web page, clipboard.
02:22And I have many options for this.
02:24So in my case, I'm just going to go for a blank page and click on create.
02:28Once I do that, you can see that I'm on the editing pane.
02:31And over here on the top, there are options for you to highlight and comment.
02:36As you can see, there's also viewing options for zooming in and out.
02:40On the left side, there's the page navigation.
02:42So if you have multiple pages, you'll actually see this.
02:45You can contract this by clicking on this icon right here.
02:48And you can expand this by clicking on this icon right here, the small triangular icon.
02:53And you have to click this, you'll get the bookmarks.
02:56And if you click this, you get the attachments right here.
02:58On the right side, again, you got this file.
03:01So if you were to click this, it'll contract.
03:03And you click this again, it'll expand just like that.
03:06So this is how the interface is of Adobe Acrobat Pro.
