00:09So, in order to combine multiple documents, you can go to tools right here.
00:14And over here, there's an option for combining files as you can see right here.
00:18So let me just click on that.
00:20Once I click on that, you have an option to add files.
00:23So let me click on add files and let me navigate to a page where I want to add files
00:28from.
00:28I'm going to go on to my 222 folder right here.
00:31And inside PDF, you can see that there are files that I can choose from.
00:36So right here, I have chosen all supported formats right here.
00:40And you can see that you can choose more than this PDF files.
00:43So let's say I want to combine the Lorem Ipsum.
00:46I'm holding control on my keyboard as I'm doing that.
00:50I will select the presentation and then let me select the 222 Word file over here as well.
00:58So once I do that, I can press open.
01:01And it gives me an opportunity to arrange the files on which order it could appear.
01:07So right now, I want to combine files right here.
01:10So if I want to arrange like keep this on to the left, I can simply right expand this.
01:16I can also like let's say delete a page if I want to.
01:19So let me just keep this on the front first.
01:21And over here, let me expand this.
01:23So let's say I do not want this in this space.
01:25So what I can do is I can just click on this dustbin icon right here.
01:31I can also zoom it in to actually see what are the contents over here.
01:35So once I'm happy with what I have, I'm just going to go out and click on this document right
01:42here.
01:42Expand that out as well contract.
01:43So I'm going to contract this document.
01:46I'm going to expand this one.
01:47This only has two pages as you can see.
01:50And let's say I want it as it is.
01:52Over here, this is just one page.
01:53So in this order, I want to create files.
01:56But before that, I want to go into options right here.
01:59And you can see that you can select file sizes.
02:01So you can have smaller file sizes if there are a lot of images and you want to send it
02:05through email.
02:06Medium file size if you want to maintain good image quality but still has like a bit of compression to
02:14it.
02:15But larger file if you do not want any compression to your image.
02:18So I'm going to select medium just to be on the safe side.
02:21And over here, you can see that there are other options.
02:23You can also save it as a PDF portfolio.
02:25Continue combining if error occurs.
02:27You want to check this on.
02:29So even if there's some file errors, it'll still continue on combining the files.
02:33And also add in bookmark to Adobe PDF.
02:36I want this checked on because it makes managing files much easier.
02:40Accessibility is something we're going to see in future lessons.
02:43So once I'm happy with it, I'm going to press OK.
02:46And over here, the other options you get is to even add more files right here.
02:51So you can even add folder.
02:52I'm going to add one more file over here like book one.
02:56And there you go.
02:56There's my other file right there.
02:58And let's say I want this order itself.
03:00You can also view it in a list view just like this and see more details regarding it.
03:05Let me go back to thumbnail view right here.
03:07Once I'm happy with everything, I'm going to click on the combine button right here.
03:12And it is converting all the non-PDF format of documents into PDF formats first.
03:18And then it'll combine it.
03:19So you can see that the conversion is going on.
03:22And now you can see that everything has been combined.
03:24And this is all part of the same document.
03:28And the different page size doesn't matter as you can see right here.
03:32And now if you were to go back to bookmark right here, you can access it from here.
03:36You can see that all of the files has been arranged accordingly.
03:41Just like that.
03:42So that's the presentation.
03:43You can access individual slide.
03:44That's the main bookmark.
03:46The other file or a mipsum file.
03:482-2-2 file.
03:49The book file.
03:50There's also like subcategories of the bookmark right here.
03:57So that you can access individual files with ease.
04:00Just like that.
04:01So that is how you can combine PDF by using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.
04:06Hope you guys learned something as always.
