00:09If you want to search contents across multiple PDFs, you can use the Advanced Search function inside of Acrobat Pro
00:17DC.
00:18So, in order to do that, I'm going to go into Edit right here, and you can see that there's
00:24an option called Advanced Search.
00:25So, once I click on that, you can see that the search menu actually pops up, and it can say
00:30that you can search for all PDFs.
00:32So, you can search in the current document if there's something opened up in the current document,
00:36and if you want to search across multiple PDFs, I can click on All PDFs in the document.
00:42So, I'm going to go over here and navigate to the location where I have my PDF saved.
00:47So, I have it over here on my tututube file folder under PDF.
00:57I'm going to say OK.
00:58So, let's search for a word or phrase which is in the document.
01:05So, you can search for whole words, you can search for case sensitive words as well, you can also include
01:12bookmarks and comments.
01:13I'm going to enable both of these while I'm going to uncheck this one.
01:17So, let's say I want to search for the word called Tutor, and I'm going to hit Search.
01:23And once you do that, you can see that now the result actually popped up.
01:26And once you expand this, you can see that this is where the text is seen.
01:31So, you can click here, and the document will pop up open.
01:34You click here, and there's another document with tututube in it, and you click this one as well, and there's
01:41another document.
01:41So, if you have a lot of documents, let's say for example, PDF books or contents that and you have
01:49to search through a lot of contents, then this is a pretty handy tool to work with.
01:54So, that is how you can work with advanced search function inside of Acrobat Pro.
