00:09Once you install Acrobat Pro, you actually get the Acrobat tab here in Office Applications.
00:15And right now, I'm in Excel.
00:16So let's say I want to export this into a PDF document.
00:20I can actually go over here and you can see that there are some actions to create PDF and run,
00:24create and send, share for shared commenting, and I can also create and send the PDF as an attachment.
00:31So I'm just going to go to Preferences right here.
00:33And here you can see that there are some conversion settings.
00:36So you can set for high quality or standard or even smallest file size.
00:41So if you don't actually have a picture, this does not really matter.
00:44But if you really want a high quality for print, you may want to select the setting.
00:48Right now, I'm just going to select it in standard.
00:50You can also have other options right here to view the PDF after it is created.
00:57And you can convert the document information right here.
01:00Also, you can convert into various PDF formats right here.
01:05You can also go to Advanced Settings and you have option to select different versions of PDF right here.

01:47So let's say I want to create a PDF.
01:49And once I create the PDF, you can see that there are options that you can select from.
01:53So you can convert the entire worksheet into PDF.
01:56Or you can just convert a selection or sheet.
02:01So you can actually select sheets if you actually have multiple sheets right here.
02:05So in my case, let me just convert a selection.
02:09So I'm just going to click and drag this section right here.
02:12And I'm going to click on Create PDF.
02:14Once I do that, I'm going to click on Selection right here.
02:17And then I'm going to fit everything to Paper With.
02:22And I'm going to click on Convert to PDF.
02:24Once I do that, I'm going to press Yes.
02:27And it will ask me where I can save my file because I haven't saved my Excel yet.
02:31So I'm going to go on to my .22 file under my PDF.
02:35I'm going to save this document.
02:36Once I do that, you can see that PDF file option is here.
02:39And you can also go for many options over here to actually change the settings if you want.
02:46So if you don't want to convert the comments, you can just uncheck that out over here as well.
02:51So after that, I'm going to press Save.
02:53And it is going to open up the PDF document for me.
02:57So you can see that this is the PDF.
02:59And only the section is here in Adobe Acrobat.
03:04Just like that.
