00:09Adobe Acrobat
00:10Once you install Adobe Acrobat, also the PDF printer is installed, named Adobe PDF.
00:16So here you can see that I have a web page and let's say I want to print this out
00:20as a PDF document.
00:22So in order to do that, I'm going to go over here, on my Firefox menu, I'm going to click
00:27on Print.
00:28So once I do that, you can see that I have an option to actually go for Paste Setup and
00:33Print.
00:33So I'm going to go to my Paste Setup right here and I can set up whether I wanted to
00:37print it in Portrait or Landscape.
00:39So I'm just going to leave it as Portrait.
00:42So once I'm done with my Paste Setup, I'm going to go into Print.
00:45And over here, you can see that there are printer options.
00:49And the first option, as you can see here, is Adobe PDF.
00:52This is the printer, the mock-up printer that actually gets installed after you install Acrobat Pro.
01:01So once I click on this, I can go to Preferences right here.
01:04And here you can see that I have layout options.
01:07So I can print it either in Portrait or Landscape mode.
01:10So I'm just going to go for Portrait right here.
01:12I can go for Paper Quality.
01:14So if I want to print it as all black and white, I can actually click this.
01:18I'm going to leave that out as Color.
01:20And in Adobe PDF settings, you can see that you can set PDF Quality.
01:24So I'm going to set it to High Quality Print right here.
01:27And Adobe PDF Security, if you want to add in Security, you can actually add it in here.
01:31You can also go for Output Folder.
01:33So you can browse where you want to save that out.
01:35So let's say in my case, I'm going to save it in my Tututube folder, my Tututube Drive and my
01:42PDF Folder.
01:43So I'm going to press OK.
01:44So it's going to save my file over here.
01:46And the PDF Paper Size is going to be, let's say, a 4.
01:51All right.
01:52So once everything is OK, and I also want to enable Ask to Replace Existing PDF File.
01:58So it is going to replace it that out, rename the file.
02:02So I'm going to check all of it and press OK right there.
02:05And I'm going to press Print right here.
02:07So once everything is done, you can see that my PDF printer is processing the information just like that.
02:16It's reallocating all the pages right there.
02:20And it has printed my PDF document just like that.
02:24So it is saved on the file onto my image.
02:28And the good thing is you can start editing this as well, because even if it is as a printed
02:33file, I can still edit this document.
02:35So I can simply select this out.
02:37I can actually go over here to tools.
02:40I can edit PDF.
02:43And you can see that each of these are movable items right here.
02:47So I can move them around just like that.
02:50I can rotate this around just like that because all of them are saved as an individual item.
02:55So we're going to see more about how to edit the PDF in future lessons.
