00:09Over here you can see that I got many pages in my PDF document and let's say I want to
00:14extract some of them and make a new PDF out of them.
00:17So I can easily do that by clicking control and selecting the individual pages that I want to extract.
00:24So let's say in this case I held control and selected these three.
00:27You can also hold shift and select a range of it just like this.
00:31Once you do that you can simply extract it by going over here and here you can see an option
00:36to extract pages.
00:38Optionally you can right click and you get the same option.
00:40So once you do that I'm going to click on extract pages right here and it gives me option to
00:45change the range of the pages in case I want to change it later on.
00:51I can also delete the pages after extracting but I want the original document to remain as it is.
00:56And I can also extract pages as a separate file.
00:59So extract each of the pages as a separate file.
01:02So in this case I want all of the four from six to nine range to in a single PDF
01:07file.
01:08So I'm going to leave it as it is and I'm going to press OK.
01:11Once you do that you can see that I got the pages right here just like this.
01:16So I got four pages over here.
01:17There you go.
01:19And these are not rotated correctly for some reason.
01:23So I will just rotate this out.
01:24And now what I can do is I can go to file.
01:27I can save as and then I can save it in my PDF document just like this.
01:32So I'm going to save it in my PDF document as pages from presentation.
01:37Alternatively you can go to organize pages section right here and you can extract individual pages as well.
01:42So I'm going to click on control and I'm going to select the second and fourth slide right here.
01:49I can go over here and click on extract and you can also see that you got the same options.
01:55So I'm going to leave them both unchecked and I'm going to click on extract.
01:59Once I do that you can see that I got a final document with only two of the slides now.
